I want to see the actual email address of the sender. I do not care to see the "name" which can be faked!! Please give us the option to revert to the old AOL. This isn't just for seniors! This new AOL looks too much like Outlook WHICH I HATE! Why would you want to be like something else. I have appreciated AOL because they were not like everything else.

Stop allowing the people that thought the AOL interface would look better taking so many drugs. Seriously how high did the design team get at quarter to pub when coming up with this look that probably should belong in 1995. Maybe add some comic sans and a paperclip.

I agree with the others. WHY DO YOU NEED TO RUIN A GOOD THING. HOW CAN WE GET IT BACK?

I have been an AOL user for more years than I can count. New format set up is confusing, difficult to navigate and there are things that now no longer available. At least in the past there was the option of continuing with the old format. As a customer I should have been given that option. This format is not for everyone, it makes it so much more difficult to use.

Go back to the previous format. If I wanted Yahoo mail I would have signed up on that format years ago.

The format given to me mid-May, 2023 does not allow any formatting in Compose. This is an immense downfall for this new mail. Why does AOL think its users no longer need control on formatting?
No choice of type size.
No choice for colored text.
No underlining.
No choice of font.
No bolding.
No choice for colored background
No auto-line to separate portions of an email. This is a dummed down version of the tried and true AOL, leaving their users and members with zero control, including visual control of their own email. It's painfully obvious that AOL/Yahoo or whoever's now running this company doesn't care. It's horrific and no one is listening, responding, and obviously doesn't care how many users/members are leaving and will leave, thus leaving them with no company at all, is that your goal? Bankruptcy? Sure looks that way.

You can improve it by going back to the older version, Stop moving things around and stop forcing us to upgrade to this version it sucks!

New version is not designed for users. First, have to scroll to bottom of page to reply or forward. Next: answers to long threads go in middle of pages. Next, finding sent emails to specific persons is not possible.

Try something that is more user-friendly. Don't depend on a relation of a board member Who needs pocket money

Customize the Inbox view?
The subheadings: "Today, Yesterday, Wednesday, Tuesday, last month" are not helpful to me. I would like to be able to remove this subheading as it takes too much space and I can already see the date an email was sent in the date column.
