keep getting spam from "blocked" senders
I keep getting SPAM in my folder from @kellykat.com. I've blocked these emails multiple time, but still they come. I'm getting more and more SPAM in my inbox, which I move to SPAM. You always ask if I want to "unsubscribe." I never subscribed to these domains. They are just trying to get AOL to give them legitimate email addresses. Wise up!
Hi. We're sorry to hear you're receiving spam emails! We have some solutions for you, please refer to this article to learn how to best manage unwanted emails: https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-spam-and-privacy We also added additional security features for AOL Mail: https://help.aol.com/articles/additional-security-features-in-aol-mail Moreover, the block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. This means, what you see and add to your blocked list might not be the actual sender address. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at https://help.aol.com/contact/
Thank you!

The spam filter has gotten noticeably worse these past few months. 10-20 spam emails a day from the same email aliases are getting through. Reporting spam does nothing, blocking does nothing. I'm close to leaving AOL altogether after over a decade of use. This is ridiculous.

Guys, come on! You removed the *sort by subject* option once again? Is having different sorting options causing your servers to crash? Making the system unstable? If you're not going to have better spam controls, then *sort by subject* was the most efficient way for me to sort through my hundreds of spam e-mails. Could you guys just stop with all the tweaking that negatively affects your customers? It's enough.

Allow as many "block senders" as AOL users need...to limit it to 1,000 is not just inadequate, but indicative of a company that really does not care

I have been with AOL since I was a kid and now I am a mid aged adult. The spam is absolutely ridiculous. I just can't take it anymore. I do not have this issue with Yahoo or Gmail. I keep this because it's always been my main email account. At this point I may just have to make a change. It's obvious you do not care about your users.

IF you limit the number of addresses a person can block, you need to STOP the spam emails

repeated I've had my compuserve email account for 30 years. recently i've noticed a lot more SPAM arriving at my inbox where your malware algorithms miss. Has something changed on your side. Is there a way to forward these SPAM messages to you so you can catch others. They all come from different email addresses but seem to have similar formatting.

Go back to basics and stop competing with other news services. Also, stop selling our information! These unsolicited ads are annoying and waste my time deleting over 100 a day!!

99% des spams reçus sont en langue anglaise:
pourrait-on disposer d'un filtre pour bloquer les mails non rédigés dans notre langue? -

I'm getting many spam emails. Surely you could block more 'at source'.
I'm UK based and most seem to be US generated. -

Spam Filter is broken as of late. Nonstop spam emails received (more in Inbox than in Spam folder). The Spam settings/options are also missing now.
