keep getting spam from "blocked" senders
I keep getting SPAM in my folder from @kellykat.com. I've blocked these emails multiple time, but still they come. I'm getting more and more SPAM in my inbox, which I move to SPAM. You always ask if I want to "unsubscribe." I never subscribed to these domains. They are just trying to get AOL to give them legitimate email addresses. Wise up!
Hi. We're sorry to hear you're receiving spam emails! We have some solutions for you, please refer to this article to learn how to best manage unwanted emails: https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-spam-and-privacy We also added additional security features for AOL Mail: https://help.aol.com/articles/additional-security-features-in-aol-mail Moreover, the block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. This means, what you see and add to your blocked list might not be the actual sender address. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at https://help.aol.com/contact/
Thank you!

Every day spam winding up in my mailbox. Legitimate email going to spam. Most incompetent people cannot program their mail to work as intended. Pathetic! -

Add more blocking. 1000 is not enough when the miserable mail program dumps over 75/day in my Spam folder. Pathetic,

Your suggestions to contact you are NOT working. One of the sites you mentioned no longer exists. One of the suggestions was to post my email address on X. I am NOT going to post my email address on X as I do tnot rust Musk nor his encryption system. Remember DOGE and the invasion of privacy. Social Security, e.g.? I AM STILL NOT RECEIVING MY NEWSLETTERS, A NUMBER OF WHICH I PAID FOR IN FULL. I cannot re-register with them as they state that my email address is currently in use. Yes! It's mine! F.Y.I. Here's a message I receive when I try to do a google search: Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen? I STRONGLY SUSPECT HACKING OCCURRED AND SOMEONE HAS ALL MY NEWSLETTERS. I DO NOT EVEN GET REGULAR UPDATES DURING THE DAY, WHICH WAS A DAILY OCCURRENCE. NOTHING! I registered a member of my household with one of the missing free newsletters and he was able to receive it BUT I CANNOT DO THE SAME FOR MYSELF. HOW DO WE FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED? You have my account with my email address, etc. Please use it!

Previously, AOL Mail allowed users to block entire domains by inputting an * and a . followed by the domain name. The "updated" current AOL Mail fails to provide a means to do so. This failure results in multitudes of spam emails coming from domains such as .de to skirt the minimized AOL Spam Blocking settings by merely modifying the senders name that is in front of the .de domain, and send tons of different spam message with different names. Please provide a way to block domains. This will help users to radically reduce the amount of spam currently skirting AOL Mails' spam blocking tools.

PLEASE allow use of wildcards (*) to BLOCK ENTIRE DOMAINS in the the SPAM BLOCKER feature!!! The spammers simply generate thousands of multicharacter usernames using the same DOMAIN NAME. I get 50+ of these EVERY DAY.
AOL WOULD BENEFIT you allowed use of a wildcard... then the SPAM volume for ALL AOL USERS will drop exponentially and you would free-up a TON of storage space and bandwidth for other purposes.FIX THIS!

Since AI is purported good at detecting patterns, use is to detect those I can easily see in senders of the hundreds of spam emails I am now getting daily in my inbox.

Your spam filter used to catch almost 100% of spam, and I rarely saw any in my inbox. Now I get several pieces a day, and though I mark them as spam, the same ones keep showing up. I hope it is not the case that you are being paid to let these spam emails through. One of the reasons I've kept AOL all these years is because the spam filter is so effective. Don't make me switch to another provider!

Another batch of 125 spam emails in the last 2 days. I hate this company. Spam going in legitimate mail, legitimate mail going in spam. AOL, you are the very worst.
