Spam and junk email never used to be this bad. Now, you're limiting the number of addresses that can be blocked, so I can no longer block any new junk received. I'm about to close this email address. It's way out of hand.

I agree! The spam filter needs to allow wildcards, as an example: newslettersforname@* or newslettersfor*@*. This would eliminate nearly 99% of my spam!!!

Every day I have to go through my Spam folder to check for trusted email that has been identified as spam. Most of the email that is in the Spam folder is the same junk email sent over and over again. I tried creating a filter to delete junk email before it was moved to the Spam folder but have been informed that the spam filter runs before a user created filter. Can you please change your system so a user created filter runs before the spam filter to allow for junk mail to be deleted rather than moved to the spam folder day after day.

In the last two weeks (Nov 3rd or 4th, 2023) SPAM has increased significantly ... was only getting two or three a day in my spam box. Now at least 50 or more. Help!!

On occasion I'd get 1 or 2 spam emails. Today 19. I think you need to fix your programs.

Don't allow any thing to be blocked except actual spam in its folder

Since the change over to the New (terrible) AOL Mail, I am getting inundated with spam! I could get rid of over 95% of them it you would allow wildcards when blocking spam addresses. For example allow: anything@* or mypartialemailaddress.* Most of my spam email has the samething@adifferentdomain. How hard can this be to implement?

Never use to get Spam..now that you took over I get Spam every day!!!! Your system sucks big time. I really hate gmail bit may have to switch.

When you get to 1000 blocked spam addresses, it just stops blocking them with no notice that only 1000 blocks are allowed. Why only 1000?
