How can we improve AOL Mail?

keep getting spam from "blocked" senders

I keep getting SPAM in my folder from @kellykat.com. I've blocked these emails multiple time, but still they come. I'm getting more and more SPAM in my inbox, which I move to SPAM. You always ask if I want to "unsubscribe." I never subscribed to these domains. They are just trying to get AOL to give them legitimate email addresses. Wise up!

We have some solutions for you, please refer to this article to learn how to best manage unwanted emails:  https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-spam-and-privacy  We also added additional security features for AOL Mail: https://help.aol.com/articles/additional-security-features-in-aol-mail  Moreover, the block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts.     Please allow more versatile spam blocking with key words. 95% of my spam begins with "New-Offer". If a block of "New-Offer*" was allowed, I doubt that I would exhaust the 1000 spam blocking limit.

    receiving unwanted/**** emails over the last few days. About 15 each day. Has the AOL mail system been hacked?

    I changed my password but still continue to receive the unwanted emails

    I keep getting daily spam emails in my InBox from someone @ arenalobservatorylodge.com. However, you (AOL) spammed two of my grocery store weekly emails that I cannot get unspammed because they said you are spamming them using some MailGun product. I think your product needs some tuning (or your IT staff needs some tuning).

    I used to be offered an opportunity to block and delete spam under "more" but this very useful service has suddenly disappeared. Why and can I have it back please?
    I am receiving at least 25 annoying spam offers from USA every day.

    Can we block certain words in an email address - eg 'new-offers' as if someone keeps altering the end after @ blocking the whole email address does not work

    Why, when blocking SPAM messages they keep on reappearing with a slightly different name. Can you not block the @name to stop this happening.

    I need to block all junk mail so i dont get stuff from them in future....

    The spammers have found that if they put brackets, or other types of symbols around their email, it bypasses the filters. They simply change symbols. The spams filters should block ALL emails with symbols used in the address.

    I noticed that I am receiving more Spam emails after canceling my AOL monthly membership. AOL should stop allowing SPAM to come into their customers inboxes simply because the customer is no longer paying a monthly fee. It is very unprofessional of AOL to bombard their customers inboxes with SPAM because the customer is not paying for an AOL membership.

    AOL SPAM FILTERS ARE NOT WORKING-- GETTING REPEAT SPAM EVEN THOUGH FILTERS ARE CORRECTLY INPUT WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANCE. SPAM FILTERS ARE CRITICAL SINCE VIRUSES AND MALWARE CAN GET THRU. MAKE THIS ISSUE A PRIORITY WITH AOL. TECH. SUPPORT DOES NOT KNOW THE ANSWER AND IF THEY CANNOT HELP-- THEN WHO CAN??

    Quit playing around with the silly little pictures and colors. What we want is for you to block the emails that we ask you to block. I continue to receive two or more spam emails from several people I have identified and BLOCK SENDER. Focus on what's important - how about it?

    Fix the Spam . Every day 20-30. Only AOL mail has this problem.

    I get numerous emails from (for example) "contact@xxxx.offers.com". They just change the xxxx word in each spam. Put in an option for * to cover all the emails from one place. "contact@*.offers.com"
