UNUSUAL ACTIVITY AT SIGN IN NEED VERIFICATION
Stop the DAILY WE HAVE NOTICED UNUSUAL ACTIVITY VERIFICATION! I get this daily!! So sick of it. There's no UNUSUAL activity! It's me, it's always me.....my internet just changes where I get my signal on daily basis!
Hi. If there's something unusual about your sign in or recent activity, we'll ask you to go through another verification step after you've entered the correct password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access. You may be prompted to get a verification code on your AOL app, recovery phone number, or recovery email address for any of the following reasons:
AOL notices suspicious account activity.
You're using an unfamiliar browser or device.
You're traveling away from your usual location.
You sign in while using a VPN or a proxy server.
You've logged in with a private or incognito window.
There are many attempts to sign in with incorrect passwords.
The "First time signing in from this device" message appears.
You've cleared your browser history or data cache including cookies.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you! If you need additional help, please contact us on Twitter at @AOLSupportHelp or on Facebook at our AOL Customer Care page. If you do not have a social media account, we are available at help.aol.com.
Thank you,
AOL team

I didn't change devices. I just signed out because I have two emails. I do not want to have to sign in on an alternate device just to sign in on my computer. Stop forcing these Harassing emails you Liberals.

"Stay Verified" when logging in can fail to actually work for too many reasons. If I clear my browser history/cache/cookies. My Add-ons or Extensions, etc etc. Please change the identity verification from every single time people want to sign in to every 30 days. This lines up perfectly with the requirement to sign in to your account every 30 days to avoid it being deactivated and would keep users safe while also not chasing them away from AOL entirely by being so strict with this particular security feature.

Let me turn this security feature off. It is annoying. I've been using the same computer, plugged into the same ethernet connection for six years, and it just started having me answer a phone call and type in a code to login every time I want to check my mail. It never remembers me. This is annoying. Nothing important happens on this email address and I don't need that kind of security. It's not a feature, it's not a help, it's an annoyance.

I log on from the same location with the same computer I've used for years, but now AOL makes me verify my email address EVERY single time before I can log on. And they refuse to fix the problem unless I pay a ridiculous monthly fee for their premium service.

Stop with the phone verification for logging. I have **** cell service and will not get a text for this annoying feature that I thought was supposed to be turned off. And having another email for verification is even more stupid, as it requires a phone for verification. STOP.

Fix your message to say that you would also like to burden me with sending a code to my phone for more verification, even though the password I typed in was perfectly correct. I'm irritated enough that your security with just a password is not enough, and I have to take another step. But don't make me feel like I have to bother to change my perfectly good password. I almost didn't log in from my computer because it's such a hassle to change my password in all my devices' settings.

I'm tired of always having to verify myself via a code texted to me. If you want to do it once a month, fine, but every fracking day??? NO! I've signed into my email for over 20 years.......YES!! IT'S ME!! STOP WITH THE DAILY VERIFICATION!!!

I'm using the same computer every time, yet this 2-step verification insists that I enter a verification code...so clearly, it isn't recognizing my computer. The process is far too complicated and cumbersome. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops every single time.
