AOl racists attack users by blocking user access under false pretenses in disregard that they may need to be in contact with their doctors, pharmacies and financial institution. I provided password and code AOL sent so why do I have to waste time to go thru the process more than once? They harass senior citizens under guide of "security". Total fascist enterprise. We need to report this dangerous behaviour to our Congress amd other government agencies.

Maybe for a change AOL could do something good for the users instead making our lives miserable. I will be out of the country and again, you will cut me of my mail as I cannot afford thousand of $$$$ for phone &internet abroad. Maybe instead HARASSMENT team you could hire Technical team?

Some vendors offer Pass Key instead passwords. Using password and a pin or Pass Key may eliminate use of moronic telephone code mess when you do not have access to the phone service.

AOL code verification abroad blocks my access since I do not have phone service to get the code. CRUISERS check email in ports since they cannot afford phone/internet service. AOL does not give a shiff blocking our access. Maybe providing personal pin to use personal code instead the phone code, would solve this and other nuisance problems? It can be tragic if we cannot get important messages because of AOL idiocy. Not all of us are made of money.

and many allow VPN use. You need to get a life instead

10-6 and 10-7 Stop harassing users asking daily for verification code-you are not a financial institution but bleeping email. Also, we do
not log in our credit card/bank accounts daily. Fix the issue
unless you harassing users solely for racist or political
reasons. Using VPN is a modern technology to protect
account and we do not have to drop it for your atavistic

I cannot access my spam, draft folders. I logged on and than put back VPN which many vendors allow. Financial institutions allow VPNs. ARE YOU HARASSING ME OR YOU ARE JUST BLEEPING IDIOTS? Can you start being civilized? Who would care to break into spam or trash folders. I will contact my Congress rep about this HARASSMENT.
