Get rid of the pop-up ads
Get rid of ads when you open mail. I've dislikes the same ones over and over, and they keep coming back. Ive tried to opt out, but it only got rid of 15 of 48 locations.

Apparently you do not want to hear my improvement idea because you refuse to post it. Maybe that should tell you something about those annoying adds

Eleven Forest has spectacular pictures of clothing in an ad on AOL's email; however, the reality is they produce extremely cheap **** and not like the items in the ad. I'm trying to get a refund and they offered 20% of the actual cost of the ****. AOL needs to scrutinize who they accept money from for advertising and research the quality of the business. Apply some sort of standard to help protect AOL's reputation.

With a paid Ad-Free subscription - the right pane is still present when you do a search (ex: clicking on the magnifying glass on an email item to show all similar items). Please remove the right pane (which is what I'm paying to have removed) during a search result page. If you are unable to do this, please let me know so that I can cancel my subscription. Thanks.

I tried to add this to an existing one but that didn't work. I will get an ad that covers up my content so choose to close it. yay! But then another ad just takes its place. Why AOL? Why? Please fix this!

You often can't read emails easily on aol because there is so much 'on top' stuff you only get about 3 lines of your email. Sometimes when you are trying to read something you can't read all the way across without moving the scroll bar to the right. So please fix this. Either allow your users to open an email in a new window as it was before or to reduce the size of all of the bumph above, to the left and to the right of what we are actually trying to read.

I do not want to see political ads at the top of my email list or after I have sent an email. Tell any candidate who places ads there that I will be less likely to vote for them. This is invasive to me.
