  11. Quit inserting the small ads on the right side of the page--when printing the page, they cover part of the text. This is very aggravating!!

    I see now that there is an "insert" option in addition to the "attachment" option that the new format started out with. However, after inserting a picture, there are only two size options where before, there were 3. The small option showing now, is still to large. The prior version had an even smaller option. Now, to do what I want, I needed to insert my picture on a Word document, then get it into an e-mail. Very inconvenient.

  17. When I delete a message from the AOL app on my phone, it no longer deletes from AOL mail on my desktop. This is a major inconvenience.
