Remove that top-line ad in email inbox list.
The top-line/moving ad causes me to routinely delete the wrong emails in my inbox - driving me crazy. I've no doubt missed important emails. What an awful place to force an ad. Do you really mean to irritate us every time we try to read mail?

As a paying customer for over 30 years to AOL email service I greatly resent the constant stream (literally) of the Harris Walz Victory Fund ads on my email list EVERY time I open my email page. I delete the ad and it pops up again before I get my first email read. Stop it, I pay for your email service and resent the constant political ads, from anyone!

when new mail comes up an ad appears as the first entry. and as you look and decide to delete an email, the ad deletes, the list moves up and you end up deleting the next email you DO NOT intend to delete. STOP MOVING THE LIST!

As you are in the midst of deleting emails the top ad disappears and the email list shifts up a line causing you to delete the wrong email. This has happened to me countless times and is SUPER ANNOYING!

Please Restore the Classic System, this current untested version has obviously been made live in error

My inbox shows the message about a 'Pornstar Martini' recipe as an advert. Despite my many attempts to block it, dislike it and deem it offensive, it keeps coming back. My kids keep asking what a pornstar is, and it is not appropriate. You give the opportunity to give feedback but nothing ever comes of it.... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I hate all of those ads at the top. They are annoying and just frustrate me. I may have to stop using AOL
