Please expand the block senders list to more than 1000. I have so many spam emails that I want to block.

That will help the problem! So many spam emails have an enormous number of leading random characters from the same domain that increasing the list to even a million won't get rid of them. A better solution is to use wild cards i.e., an asterisk * to minimize them. Example: *@domain.* Domain can be: com, de, fr, org, info and etc.

This is critical. I am so tired of the same spammers sending multiple junk, some of which is definitely illegal - nude, etc. types.
Just go to whois.com/who is and type in the domain name. Then block the sender for all! Or give me 30,000 to block, that might cover six months worth. Gmail has no problem blocking theirs! Just saying.

I put in a request to AOL Support so their system would recognize wild cards. As an example I get an enormous amount of spam from: @gerdasine.info . In order for AOL to prevent more from them, the email user can alter the address to add an asterisk to the domain, i.e. *@gerdasine.info . Therefore all subsequent emails from them should be deleted automatically going forward.

Sick and tired of having to clear blocked addresses every 3-4 months as I reach the 1k max one at a time. SENDERS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED THEY ARE BLOCKED! Millions of scammers may be reduced if they are notified!!!!

I agree with ALL the postings to increase the number of blocked emails. Since AOL is having problems controlling the amount of spam, we users' ability to add to block emails might help the situation.
Please increase it. I could do 1,000 in a month, and that's being kind.

PLEASE INCREASE THE BLOCKED MAIL LIST TO 10,000 OR 100,000 EVEN!! 1,000 IS JUST NOT ENOUGH!!!

The 1000-address limit for blocking spam emails is not effective. I've already reached that limit. At least show us a chronological sort so we can unblock the oldest ones first. If you could allow blocking by domain, that would help minimize the problem -- a particular spammer can just auto generate hundreds of usernames on the same domain so one block instead of hundreds would be more efficient.

I request that you extend the ability to block email senders (especially from the spam folders) at a number far above 1,000 where it appears to be capped currently. Please? It's an excellent feature and really helps to control the large number of ridiculous messages.

I have over 80,000 emails and the majority of those are spam. My blocked senders list is full at 1,000.

Please address the spam issue; it is becoming more and more of a problem! It's gotten to the point that most of the 'Unsubscribe' links in the spam I get now lead to phishing sites and worse; I block only those senders (and the outright SCAM emails) and reach the 1000 limit in a couple months.

please expand the block senders list way beyond 1000 email addresses. please also allow blocking by domain as many addresses use a common domain.

Since aol insists on the 1,000 ceiling the least they could do is indicate the oldest addresses blocked so they can be edited thus freeing up space.

I have stuck with AOL. I have important emails coming in, but having 80 to 100 spam emails come in in a 3 to 4 hour period to check just plain sucks. I don't need thousands of emails a week about sex!!!!!!! My ***** is just fine...
