How can we improve AOL Mail?

Missing e-mail

I just discovered that I am missing important e-mails, that I know were there in my In Box--New Mail and Old Mail. This is really frustrating. I may have to switch my e-mail. What is going on?

    This is crazy. I just read about others having this problem, thinking it might be an usual occurrence, but now it has happened to me. REALLY critical, this is impacting my business.
