AOL Mail Problems - New
I have written many times that with the exception of offering a dark mode just how stupid the 2023 e-mail changes were. Now I can add even more documentation of how bad your AOL Mail system is and just how chicken the AOL support people are to helping long term customers fix issues. Here are the new issues:
The AOL Mail e-mail attached file "Preview" capability only works on occasions. And then even then will not provide a view of the actual attachment. My iPhone does a better job.
There are many AOL Mal e-mails with attachments that the AOL Mail system will not allow a person to download the attached file. Thank God I have a different e-mail address I can send the e-mail to that I can use as a work around to solve my problem. AOL Mail support is no help.
Many times when you want to print an AOL Mail e-mail for an archive file for client work, the AOL mail system will not allow a person to do this.
I just wish that AOL management would listen to its customers. There are thousands of us that hate the current AOL Mail system. But we have build businesses using AOL Mail so we are stuck for a while.
FIX The AOL Mail system so it actually works!
