The e-mail window to write a longer e-mail is so small. Plus the black background option does not cause the e-mail writing section to be in a 'good dark mode" And you cannot trust the AOL system to write a draft e-mail because of the programming in recent years to the e-mail system - the save feature is bad, the spell check is bad, and no grammar check. . So we write e-mails in Word and then copy them into AOL. There is always a test pt size problem with this until we figure out what we need to do because you do not use standard text fonts. What the **** is "modern" font? When you do this you always risk the e-mail to the person will be bad. And yesterday I had a bad one. The 12 pt test came out as a 9 pt test at the recipient e-mail system. Even after resizing the e-mail test using the AOL e-mail font and size tools. Really bad and really ****** me off. Give us back a full screen for typing e-mail with Word like tools and dark mode. We were close to this once. Please also use standard fonts and sizes.

Your system experiment has been a failure. It is terrible. Here is why:
1. No dark mode unless we change our system which screws up Power Point, Word and Excel. They have separate options where needed. You system is pathetic.
2. You put the attachments on the bottom when we write mail which is great, but we need to go to the bottom of the incoming e-mail to see what was attached.
3. About 80% of the time you cannot download a attachment. I need to send my AOL mail to a Outlook account to see the dam AOL attachments.
4. Every time we put a link in an e-mail you darn system wants to put a big link box in the darn e-mail. What a pain **********!
5. We no longer can separate the e-mail accounts in our directory by type of contact. banker, lawyer, accountant, farmer, Manufacturing CEO, etc. Classic did a good job.
6. The contact search will not show contacts that are actually in the directory. I have no idea why tis happens.
I could add anther 10 items which I have included in several other complaint posts. AOL management does not seem to care. Please contact me so I can explain these issues to a programmer that can actually make your system work for people.

Keep the black background and offer it for writing an e-mail, but go back tyo the system you had in January 2023. This new system is junk!!!

You made the move to a new e-mail system and took what was a serviceable and reasonable system and made it a terrible system that is of much less value and much harder to use. The only good thing that you added was the Dark Mode. Everything else that you did make the browser based AOL e-mail system a third class system. The best thing that you could do if offer your customers the ability to go back to the e-mail system we had in March 2023, but keep the Dark Mode. II Think you would be shocked with how many people would move to that system. It would not surprise me if it was 80% or more. Whomever was the person or persons that made the decision to go to this new e-mail system had a brain **** and Bud Light moment. Really Dumb!!!!

Keep the dark mode, but go back to the e-mail system that we had in March 2023. This new system is nothing but a bunch of BS!!!!!! Whomever made this decision had a Bud Light never listen to customer moment. Stupid and should be fired!! Screwed up a decent e-mail system that simply needed dark mode along with with some "Word" like improvements in the writing system. You also screwed up the Contacts system. I am so glad I downloaded mine just before you guys pulled this BS. AOL really screwed up here!!!

Amen and completely agree. The only good thing about tis new e-mail system is we have dark mode. Otherwise it is horse****!!!! Someone should be fired over this. This is as bad as the Bud Light ***** up!!!

You updated AOL Mail system is horse****. Who is the dumb **** that thought up this terrible idea? Keep the dark mode, but give us the option to go back to the e-mail system that we had on 4/1/2023. Your new e-mail system sucks!!!!!

I do not know why this is happening, but I cannot Delete all of the Spam for an e-mail address. Maybe one of the super bright coders should fix this. AI coding may not be a good solution.

It is really stupid that the latest system change does not allow us the ability to add a new contract to our contact system. I understand that you can receive a new e-mail or send an e-mail and then want to add the contact to the contact files you can do that But what we cannot so is simply add a contact list contact and then send them an e-mail. It is pathetic that we cannot simply add a contact to pour contact system.
