All of a sudden, my "new mail" is delivered to my "recently deleted". I just keep it there as if it's new mail. My old messages are of order, and I need to click on "show original message" to see the chain, and then it's not accurate and I have to search to see the messages in order. On top of that the GIF button is gone. Who thought these changes were a good idea, THEY"RE FIRED!

i hate this ...needs option to reverse it back...it misses emails by not showing you them all..you try to scroll down it jumps onto next email...absolutely shocking and i dont like it at all...who thought of this please give option to change it back.

I'm displeased with that fact you cannot change to another sound the "Play a sound when new mail arrives" I am stuck with the defaut brrrrriiinnngggg sound... Probably turn it off...

With today's technology, I am surprised that AOL has not taken steps to block these types of emails completely from your AOL System! TAKE ACTION NOW; I know that I am not the only person who feels this way and has this problem!!

Please reinstate the ability to opt for the classic aol version. Being forced to accept this new version is reason to consider thinking about opting out of aol all together.

How can I go back to the original format? My email is so small now I cannot always read it. I agree with others that there is too much junk on it now.

I can only add forcibly to this comment. My emails are now completely messed up, there are times when Ineed ti send messages urgently and there is no "send" button nor any way to attach files. get it sorted or it will have to ve good-by AOL

What happened to the ability to use stationery when sending an outgoing message? I searched the internet and got the response that you need to have a paying account--well, I am paying already because I lost some of my messages and needed assistance to retrieve them. Didn't want that to happen again. What do I need to do to get the stationery option? I miss it.

Why change? Cannot figure out how to delete multiple emails without deleting the ones I need to keep. Really sucks trying to do it one email at a time with all the spam.

Again, I tried this "new" version and told you why I didn't like it. This is ridiculous!

How about going back to copy and paste instead of the new method to add images.
How about more font sizes as we used to have.
How about more fonts as we used to have.
How about an unlimited color palate.
How about just going back to what used to make AOL unique.
Now the only "unique" part of AOL is the moving, flashing & distracting ads.
