Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    Hate this new format, to small and confusing. In addition to that I didn't ask to change it. Request to be return to old format. kindly do not change anything without a request. Unless I can be switched back to the old format, I will be switch over to my gmail account. This is outrageous!

    Why are you messing up Aol Mail again? I am eighty years old. I don't need change for the sake of change. Leave it alone. Go back to the old mail

    I like the review errors message, please move it off the body of the email so I can see if there are errors and not have to close the box to see the errors. It saves a step and time. When you are doing thousands of emails a day that really adds up.

    I guess it's time to move on to gmail or icloud for my email. How unpatriotic to remove my American flag motif.

    Why are adverts appearing at the top of my inbox? They didn't before the change and they aren't wanted now.
