So much time is wasted with this "new email set-up". What possessed AOL to have contacts listed by first name. Yes, you can go to Last names- just another step to waste time. First name contacts may be good for elementary school customers. My physicians for my various cancer treatments are called and listed by their last names.

No hyperlinks, no spellcheck, etc...this is horrible! I am assuming most that use your service is we've been with you for a long time. I think it's time to use my gmail. This is awful and switching to your "old version" is not the Old version

Your NEW EMAIL... WILL eventually cause me to LEAVE AOL!

The operation of it is UNACCEPTABLE! I have been with AOL since its beginning... I will be leaving AOL.

I have to agree with Mr. Sheffield. This new format is carp. That's a step or two below rubbish. It has so many faults I can't begin to list them all. Number one is the change in how the page it shown. With this format you can't read what you are typing a reply or you can't read the original email in it's entirety. Admit that you screwed up and change it back or at least give your customers the option. I knew it was a bad idea when Verizon let you take over.

How do I change back to the traditional email format? This new format is not adequate and I cannot follow strings of conversations. Emails constantly get "lost" and are difficult to retrieve. Please respond and tell me how to get back to the original format.

I especially miss the alphabetically listed contact list, now there are a few listed and then a note ... and 6 more I would like to have them all listed, (I don't have that many)

I want my old style back stat.

When I cut and paste in draft documents it scrambles the whole thing up.

Poor design. Poorly executed. Who tested this before putting it in production?

Please post instructions to allow us to return to the classic style. The basic method provided is NOT the same as classic.

The delete function does not work properly. Items not checked for delete if between items to be deleted or next the last one to be deleted get deleted automatically. One has to search for them in deleted to get them back to "Keep as new"....

Change it back!-- or give us an alternative option as close as possible to the old AOL. The new "Standard" is unacceptable. Please listen!

I do not like the new mail format. I want my read mail to stay in new folder and not move to old mail folder.
