Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.
Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

GIVE US THE OPTION TO USE THE OLD LAYOUT. I LIKE BEING ABLE TO OPEN A MESSAGE IN ITS OWN POP UP WINDOW. THE NEW FUNCTIONALITY REMINDS ME OF GMAIL WHICH I HATE.

I despise the new AOL Mail! I kept returning to the Classic version when it would pop up and Yesterday I no longer had a choice. If I wanted a complicated, difficult email to use I would be using Gmail, or Outlook. The most important thing about AOL was how easy it was to use. So congratulations to the incompetent design team that thought throwing all this mishmash of utilities together was an improvement. Based on the comments I have reviewed I am not alone in this opinion. If you are trying to attract new users, fine, let them have the option of the new format while allowing long time users to maintain the classic version that has kept us loyal to AOL. I was told by customer service that my account had already been migrated to the new browser and could no longer be returned -- so thanks a lot for ignoring and overriding my previous responses of staying with the classic version. Evidently customer input is no longer a priority.

How about giving your users the option, as you had done before? I really appreciate being able to sort by sender, date and subject. Also, I don't want to read the message in the same window. Oftentimes, seeing the whole message, being able to expand to the whole screen and having more than one message is very helpful to me. Just leave a good thing alone. Because of these features, I have stayed with AOL!

I want the option to ungroup by date. I don't like to see "Today", "Yesterday", "March", ""February" etc. I only want to see each line item.

Up until 5/23/23, I was able to revert from the New AOL Mail format to the old/standard format with a single click. I greatly dislike the new format, and would much prefer to revert to the old standard format. Please add back the settings option to revert from New to Standard format for those of us who prefer Standard.

Way too much wasted blank space and missing many of the features and options with Classic AOL Mail.

I am SO ANGRY about this new format for mail I'm compiling my list to let everyone know I'll be switching to gmail if I can't get back to the old format. I have to change my FONT setting with EVERY SINGLE mail I write. Totally and absolutely unacceptable.

Why is there no obvious way to revert to the old format? There used to be when is was being tested before.

Go back to the old format. Spellcheck isn't all that important to me but I strongly dislike the new format for a couple reasons.

Leave the original as an option. If I wanted a new format, I would go to Google.

Previously, when I "kept as new" an email, it would be visible in my inbox but not highlighted. Now I can't tell the difference between old "kept as new" emails and actual new email
