Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.

Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    WHY DO THE ADMINS KEEP MARKING FEEDBACK SUCH AS ABOVE "RESPONDED" WHEN NOT ONE ADMIN HAS POSTED A RESPONSE OR SENT A RESPONSE TO ANYONE? MYSELF INCLUDED?

    hate hate hate the new format and basic doesn't do what the old email did. can't insert hyperlinks or photos...

    This new format is awful, at least give us the option to go back to the old one, why do these people think they have to fiddle with a perfectly good format, oh yeh, I need to prove my worth, great, then go back to the old format and prove your worth by conceeding you were wrong to fiddle with it in the first place, give me strength...

    When I went to check my E_MAILS early Wed. 5/24/23 the new format came on. I opened my inbox and when I tried to either open or delete messages a box appeared to leave site a page came on with a decryptfailed page or ads came on. I tried all day Wed. and till noon on Thurs. I then called tech support and tried to fix the problem for 1 and a half hours. After not being able to rectify the problem it was suggested to me to send my feedback. Hopefully you can fix the problem or go back to the previous format.

    100% agree especially with Gyna, AOL worked for me and had good features, this new aol sucks, and when you click go back to basic mail IT IS NOT CLASSIC AOL. It shows all inbox not new mail unless I choose to sort it, well all the new choices dont make it very quick and easy to check my email now do they???? I want classic back, not basic, not this new ****!

    agree with Robert 100%. I give my email to clients and they laugh at me.. "wow, haven't heard an AOL address in ages, why are you still using them?" My answer to them is because I am happy with how my account functions.... I'm not happy any longer, probably will go through the night mare of changing email accounts, couldn't be any worse than staying here:(

    Why are you not listening? We want the old format back!! Do we all need to drop AOL and go elsewhere because you refuse to listen?

    My idea is the idea of every single AOL user. Revert to the old AOL. Period. Stop. End of idea. There is nothing else. We won't get over it. WE WON'T GET USED TO IT. NOPE. Change it back or lose AOL Forever. Hold my beer. Are you following me? Times are tough and we are not taking it any more. Don't force **** on us. We are not going to pretend we like it any more.

    I have AOL since 2002 it works fine normally! Why change, if not to justify the work of a few dummies. This version puts everyone in misery. The interface is "flashy" without any visibility. Stop wanting to change just to change without need!!
    So if this continues, I will replace my mailbox!! By a much more sober !!
