How can we improve AOL Mail?

I accidentally deleted much of the email I was composing. But, with no 'UNDO' button, I couldn't retrieve what I just lost. Why don't you offer such a common command with Aol Mail? I had to try to remember what I had written and retype it. Bummer. Shame on you!

    Undo and Redo buttons are vital tools for any writing application. I am astonished that AOL Mail does not provide these, even for paid subscribers. I may have to switch to another service if this omission isn't fixed.

    Why is it that the redo and undo buttoms are not appearing in the tool bar?

    This should be such an easy fix. Why haven't you done it by now???
