4. Quit inserting the small ads on the right side of the page--when printing the page, they cover part of the text. This is very aggravating!!

    Undo and Redo buttons are vital tools for any writing application. I am astonished that AOL Mail does not provide these, even for paid subscribers. I may have to switch to another service if this omission isn't fixed.
