AOL Mail should have a ribbon (which it doesn't have) with icons: File, Home, View, Review, Insert, Paste, Recall, Read/Unread, Normal, Layout, etc.

Aol mail should absolutely install a recall icon in order to avoid sending emails to the wrong recipients.

What does sending a screen help without improving what was complained about? Diverting attention to what is asked. Rubbish. You serve your interests not users-you won't improve but dodgy. You don't appreciate the feedback. AOL Mail should have a ribbon like other email Domains have with icons such as File, New, Home, Review, Insert, review, layout, Paste, Normal, Read/Unread, etc You know them, no need to list all. AOL Mail the most backward and uncivilised domain because it lacks those important icons on their email screen-useless.
