  1. It should have ribbon which contains all icons such as: File, Home, View, Insert, Review, Paste, layout, Normal, Recall, Read/Unread, etc

    What does sending a screen help without improving what was complained about? Diverting attention to what is asked. Rubbish. You serve your interests not users-you won't improve but dodgy. You don't appreciate the feedback. AOL Mail should have a ribbon like other email Domains have with icons such as File, New, Home, Review, Insert, review, layout, Paste, Normal, Read/Unread, etc You know them, no need to list all. AOL Mail the most backward and uncivilised domain because it lacks those important icons on their email screen-useless.
