There are many reasons to not use AOL anymore. It doesn’t know how to search its own database. It doesn’t always send email in a timely fashion, nor receive it in a timely fashion. It has pitii few options. The only reason to stay on AOL is because it doesn’t automatically forward. Let’s fix that AO would still be my primary email address for everything I subscribe to, but slowly I would make my personally email address my existing Gmail address.

Provide a way to reinstate unsubscribed senders. A sender was accidentally put on the unsubscribed list and I do not know how to get them such that I receive their e-mails. it is like they have been blocked but without a way to unblock them.

Es sollte dringend eine Weiterleitung aller eingehenden E-Mails an eine andere E-Mail Adresse eingerichtet werden können!

Emails forwarded to multiple recipients are arriving blank, without the body of the message being rendered. The Subject Line and addresses email addresses are intact. What is causing this "blanking" of the body of forwarded emails? How can it be corrected/rixed?

What if you do not have your phone nearby, What about children? What happens when there is no phone service available? If you want a 2nd verification method allow user to create a PIN! If a PIN is sufficient for banking it should be adequate enough to sign on to an email account! Stop the nonsense!
