How can we improve AOL Mail?

'For the past 3 days, my SPAM filter seems to be completely broken. EVERY piece of SPAM has been in my New Mail folder and NONE in SPAM' has been merged into this idea

keep getting spam from "blocked" senders

I keep getting SPAM in my folder from @kellykat.com. I've blocked these emails multiple time, but still they come. I'm getting more and more SPAM in my inbox, which I move to SPAM. You always ask if I want to "unsubscribe." I never subscribed to these domains. They are just trying to get AOL to give them legitimate email addresses. Wise up!

We have some solutions for you, please refer to this article to learn how to best manage unwanted emails:  https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-spam-and-privacy  We also added additional security features for AOL Mail: https://help.aol.com/articles/additional-security-features-in-aol-mail  Moreover, the block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. This means, what you see and add to your blocked list might not be the actual sender address. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at https://help.aol.com/contact/

    PLEASE do something about @juliesmomentsofgrace.com as I am receiving dozens of SPAM emails
    from this auto SPAM address.

    Why does AOL consistently flag mail from Christian conservative organizations as SPAM? Your job is running a server farm. I do not respect nor care about your political nor moral opinions

    The domains researchegates.com and researchegates.co.uk are prime examples. Blocking an individual email address is NOT a strategy for dealing with entities such as this one.

    I have never seen such a massive, long-lasting upsurge in spam.
    A good 90% of this spam is from Casinos and Fraudulent Payment Demands.
    Every attempt I make to block the spam just seems to make it worse.
    Just block this rubbish before it even gets to my spam folder.
    I DO NOT deal with Casinos and I DO NOT have any legitimate Invoices coming to me by email.
    Just block this stuff. It is ruining AOL Mail; making it unusuable!

    Can you automatically bounce spam back to the mungrols that sent it?
    It should be easily identified; they're nearly all from Casinos and fraudulent invoices.

    I get hundreds of spam emails from Casinos and hundreds of fraudulent invoices.
    Can we have an option to just send them all straight into the trash?
    I have absolutely no interest in Casinos.
    I receive zero legitimate invoices via email.

    I do not want ANY email from foreign countries including .bo (Bolivia) .br (Brazil) and .de (Germany). Explain why AOL mail does not have a blocking method or filter to accomplish this.
