How can we improve AOL Mail?

Allow filters to reroute emails to "NEW EMAIL"

Please allow filters to reroute emails to "NEW EMAIL" which are getting auto delivered to SPAM!!

Hi there. The more often you mark these emails as Not Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as wanted emails.     I find mail from the same saved email address every week in the SPAM folder. I hit "NOT SPAM" which puts it in my inbox. EVERY WEEK!

    I PAY QUITE A BIT FOR THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED THAT NO MATTER WHAT I DO, I CAN'T GET THE WASHINGTON POST OUT OF SPAM AND INTO NEW MAIL SO THAT IT WILL FLOW TO MY OUTLOOK. I'M ONE OF THE UNFORTUNATE VERIZON.NET CUSTOMERS WHO GOT STUCK WITH AOL WHEN VERIZON SOLD OFF ITS EMAIL TO AOL.

    Get rid of the spam filter, it is blocking important emails. If it is spam I will go in and delete it. I would rather do that than miss anymore emails.

    Again, STOP marking my Informed Delivery as Spam.
    Second time in 6 months you've done this.
    Postmaster says YOU are the ones marking this as SPAM
    STOP IT!

    I keeping getting mail marked as Spam that is not. In fact this week every piece of email marked as spam was NOT spam. So either AOL gives me a way to stop your spam filtering, or I am going to have to stop using AOL. There were important messages misdirected. Yes they were from email addresses not in my contact list, but that does NOT make them spam.

    why am i getting an e-mail from my aunt that says it's span when she's listed as a contact?

    My good mail keeps ending up in my Spam folder. I've marked as "Not Spam" and also added the email address to my Address book yet it still shows up in Spam folder. Please advise on how to get this corrected, I am missing mail bc it keeps going to Spam folder.

    I repeatedly mark a specific email as NOT SPAM and it's in my Contacts, but AOL keeps moving it to Spam.. Please fix this!!!

    Any mail from Adobe is automatically sent to the spam folder no matter how many times I've marked it as "not spam". The next time Adobe sends out an email, straight back into the spam folder it goes!

    Case Number: 18330214. Have had an AOL.com email account for 10 or more years. Recently, emails from my sister have been going to my Spam folder. Her email address is cf@christinefreeman.net. I am undergoing cancer treatment, and she is my primary support. I need AOL to not refuse her email; I need to be able to have her emails go directly to my inbox. I called customer support but the answer I received was that I need to move each of her emails from Spam to Inbox, and that I need to do this for some unknown time - perhaps hours, days, weeks or months until the AOL system changes how it handles her emails. I have already done this dozens if not hundreds of times. I need this to be resolved right away. I do not have the energy and focus to spare to have to keep looking for my sister's emails in the Spam folder then move them. Please reach out to me with a solution!
