Still cannot delete items in 'RECENTLY DELETED' Piling up., Already reported several times by other users.

Delete still; not working under ' Recently Deleted.' Reported several times, reported another issue with USPS being block and of course nothing has been done. I don't have FB acct., Why is it so hard to get any problem resolved with this company!

Any help would be nice

AOL's mobile app will not update new mail. When trying to check no mail, it shows "12 new mail" when checking, nothing loads besides the "no new mail" image. The web site works fine, only an app issue for phones.

Stop sending ads that crash the computer. You are deliberately sending ads that try to seize the computer's operating system. They are the ones marked with a dollar sign $. STOP IT! I can navigate around the ones that at least indicate they are from a person, but these gratuitous crash ads are harmful. I have used AOL from the time i first got a computer but I WILL cancel if this does not stop.

10/8/26 Yesterday's email was on top of today's then more Yestedays follow, then more Today's as reported however, they are not staying in the correct order. This email sorting issue was reported to Tech Support yesterday for feedback; emails were back in order this morning but have now returned to being out of order again..Seems this is a recurring issue that was temporarily fixed yesterday morning but has started happening again.

In the new mail folder the 1st email is from yesterday, the 2nd one is from today, the next ones are from yesterday and then after them it shows some today's email again and the error continues and ocurrs on all the folders. if i click on sort by old to new it sorts them out correctly today, yestreday and then by the date and then if I move it back to sort from new to old it gets out of order again. The error ocurrs on Windows PC using edge and chrome and also on my smartphone using aol's app.I called aol, we tried everything and at the end the last resolution was to submit this feedback.

Created a folder for year 2024 and moved all 2024 emails on that folder but when I checked on the inbox, the 2024 emails are still there.

I want to see all my emails not just the top one. I have a 1/2 inch window to view my emails

aol emaii is unreadable.

cant do a thing on this computer or any other in this office. aol is pathetic

make email readable. make it fill the screen.

Stop transferring email from NEW &OLD email to SPAM; manage your life, not mine.

This has started happening last week and has not corrected itself. Please fix this problem if it is your system needing updates to correct this problem

just fix the **** app nothing is working correctly in email!

Fix all the issues with this email app. When you move mail into folders they don't move. You need to constantly refresh or go out of the app. This is super and I will soon stop using this email if it doesn't get fixed.

The same thing with me. I only use the app. Nothing happens. I can't move anything to folders. Is AOL ever going to fix this problem? It's been at least a month!
