When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS

    I followed the directions but I can't get rid of the crea
    te split screen option. It prevents dragging mail into a folder

    The same thing with me. I only use the app. Nothing happens. I can't move anything to folders. Is AOL ever going to fix this problem? It's been at least a month!

    I concur. It's a hit and miss. So frustrating that AOL has been degrading in many ways.
