With a passkey, you can sign in quickly using your fingerprint or the code you use to unlock your device. WHY AM I GETTING THIS MESSAGE EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO SIGN IN TO MY EMAIL! GET RID OF THIS< GO BACK TO THE OLD PROMTS< I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SKIP OVER THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME! WHY HASSLE USERS???

    Please add a "no" or "don't ask me again" option. I tried adding a passkey and it actually added another step to the log in process--and didn't work half the time--so I deleted it. I don't want one, so stop asking.

    Tried signing in through Chrome and choosing skip as instructed by aol chat, it did not help. Still asks to use passkey or fingerprint every time I sign on. Pain. Should be an option out selection.

    Using the same computer every day, so after I put in my password, then I have to choose a text, find my phone, put in the code and get a prompt about a passkey? I've had this account for decades, but honestly, these 'extra security' features are unnecessary, irrelevant, ridiculous, and time consuming.

    Why does it ask if I want to use Fingerprint EVERY time I log on? Once a month is all I need. But multiple times a day is not good.

    Agree. Ask once, then either stop, or at least have a box to check saying Don't Ask Again, like many such requests in other apps do.

    Stop asking me to use a passkey or fingerprint to log on. I prefer to use my password. It is annoying to have to do this every time I log on.

    "Sign in with your fingerprint or code" I'm on a PC! It doesn't have a touchscreen! This is really annoying to have to click to skip this EVERY time I log on! PLEASE get rid of this!

    I agree - I use the same computer every day, why can't you keep my information. Why do I need to get a code EVERY TIME I log in! RIDICULOUS! I even asked for it to keep me signed in, nope - still have to log in every month and get a code every morning! Time waster!!!

    Also, it feels, that you want to get into my l (and many of your customers as I can see), my data by gathering all the data from us. What you doing with all this information? Looks like you selling it to 3rd parties. Is it even legitimate?
