I don't like the disappearance of the old mail folder. Everything is staying in the "inbox". Why????
Where is the "old mail" folder??? I don't want my mail remaining in the inbox after I've read it, and I don't want to send it to trash, either.

Agree, this has ruined this experience for me so much. I've been using this email service for over 20 years now and this change is so sudden and bad that I'm really put off.

Having an old milled folder shows that you have read an email but you don't want to delete it just yet.Keeping all the read mail in the inbox is absolutely overwhelming. Now I have over 200 emails that looks like I've haven't read them because old mail folder doesn't exist anymore. Is bad enough I pay for AOL and still have to look at ads. Please fix this back to where it used to be or I might have to consider leaving for spectrum mail.

Losing the "Keep as New" button now requires us to click twice to accomplish that. Bring back the "Keep as New" button.

Recent change to a Mail message, moved the "Keep As New" button under "More Options". Change it back to how it was. The "Keep As NEW" button is the most used one after reading a message. The new method requires one to click More Options and then click again to save message. This is ENTIRELY DUMB. Messages read but still need attention are routinely save in the IN box before dealt with. The "Keep as New" button is more important than even the Delete button because if one doesn't actually delete but closes the dialog box it goes to Old Mail and eventually automatically deleted. Don't mess with the MAIL features.

Put old mail back. Sometimes I keep it there in case I need it at a later time. I had important mail on the old mail.

Bring back old mail! I need my mail to live somewhere. I don't want to delete it but I don't want it in my inbox/new mail. And 'read' and 'unread' just don't do it for me.

Please bring back the option to just see unread emails. I’ve literally had you since the Internet was invented and this is very frustrating!

Quit messing with the email I am very happy with the way it was so all the read emails go to an read file. Don't want to have to send each email to an archive file and don't even know where that is. I am very close to changing my go to email to another service. I don't like to use my Yahoo account because the way it functions. Aol has been my go to because it is easy to use. Don't like the latest change and want to go back to the way it was.
