Please bring back the old mail box. New one too hard to read, that is why I stayed with AOL over other companies. Also you can't sort by email or subject now. My mail box will get huge now cause that helped me clear out mail.

Allowing the option to switch back should be considered. most AOL users are older and the classic style was easier on the eyes, less cluttered and would better serve a large segment of your users

Notice more spam/junk emails now that the new email from AOL has taken effect... Change back to the classic AOL mail and quit promoting SPAM!!!!!!!

Giving the option to switch to the old theme, would be nice, as it was easier on the eyes. What would also be helpful, would be an option to change the font color in the main layout list. An option for black on white is much easier on the eyes, than the gray the new layout has.
Would appreciate either of those fixes... thanks! -

When I choose to view my email list of people, I need them with their last name in alphabetical order, but AOL keeps changing that! Don't you have anyone intelligent working there who can correct that issue or are you just trying to lose customers? Also, now you are changing the formatting of letters I send out by destroying paragraph spacing and the spaces between sentences. The spacing makes it easier for people to read! What idiot thought that was a good idea?

It's apparent that you no longer care what feedback you get; you aren't going to respond to users' requests. You should be ashamed of the current product. You have ZERO regard for older users who CAN'T READ the asinine, tiny font that incoming mail now features. Whoever designed this garbage should be fired.
Now, continue to ignore this as you do everything else.

Cutting an pasting from other websites into emails used to transfer identically, as of the new update it does not.
Less useful is not an improvement.! -

The new format for AOL Mail is awful! The printing is so small you also most need a magnifying glass to read your emails. The font is changed. This "helpful" blue dot showing up is also annoying. When I have a full day to read through the length explanations of google to end up never getting a resolution or a clear answer. PLEASE, PLEASE GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS AOL FORMAT! I LIKE aol. mail and I really don't want to change! Thank you!!

I totally agree. There was nothing wrong with the old style. This is awful looking and a real waste of time trying to do all the settings. When it isn't broken why fix it?

Please restore the larger image attachment previews in opened emails. The new small attachment thumbnails are much less useful, especially when an email contains photographs. Previously I could easily see the attached images directly in the message without opening each one. Please either restore the previous size or give users a setting to choose large or small attachment previews.

Please please give us an easy to find button to go back to the old interface. Or, even better, give us a choice of interface appearances, so that if we really prefer one of your old ones, we can go back to it. And that would also help you gauge the success of an update - if everybody says "no, I'm going to use the old one" then you know it wasn't an improvement.

I’ve always defended AOL as a great service — could care less if using it makes me look old. But this new interface is an abomination, and prompting me to finally consider switching to another service. The horror, the horror.

I cannot stand the new fonts. They are difficult for me to read and large is too large and medium is unacceptable. I was quite happy with the original font and boldness of the letters and numbers!!

Please! Please!... BOLD FACE THE NEW MAIL LIST. It is close to impossible for us "Older folks" to see!

It is close to impossible to read new mail. Before I could easily read the list, but now it is so light that no matter what I do with changing the theme design, it will not darken the list text. WHY.. WHY did you make this change!! If it was to convince people to purchase some sort of better version.. what makes anyone believe some PAID version would be any better??

After AOL Mail just changed its appearance rather dramatically, I can no longer access the full color chart in the signature option where one programs one's signature. The color chart is partially obstructed by another section of the display. To be able to see the right side of the color chart, I have to use the right arrow to scroll over, but doing so does not allow me to simultaneously highlight the very text whose color I am trying to change. I also tried selecting the color that I wanted, and I hoped that once I started typing afterwards, the words would display in that color, but they do not do so. So there seems to be no way to access the colors on the right side of the color chart and have them display anywhere in one's signature. Any color that is obstructed in the chart merely displays as black in the signature.

I don’t want to have to double click to do everything. Please take us back to the previous version. This one is terrible. I have a Gmail account and am seriously considering switching over to it if I have to use this version of AOL from now on.
