I AM SICK OF AOL CHANGING THE FORMAT WITHOUT ME ASKING!

You have screwed something up with the new update. I can no longer change the font, font size, and color of our business signature. Now it's all screwed up and looks horrible. Why do you guys have to change things that are WORKING and make them non-functional? Just leave things alone!

In addition to being a poor email service, now AOL just makes my emails go *POOF* and moves them to places so I have to search for them. Then when I try to move them to inbox, they go *POOF* again. What a **** organization AOL is. Too busy bashing Trump in their so-called "news" section. Concentrate on one thing and do it right you knuckleheads.

With the old email when I copied the site address to my email the sties address - link- was in blue meaning when I sent the email with the site address - link - the reciever of the email could click on the link and go to directly to the site I sent. Now, they have to copy and paste. Why? Very silly!!!!

This is becoming the worst email system in existence. You are no longer competitive

Fix the setup so when you open a message you can see it fully

Please let me Switch to Basic Mail. I do not like this other system at all. I have always been allowed to use Basic Mail until yesterday. What has changed? Please let me have the option to revert to Basic Mail

All this extra security to log on is absolutely unnecessary! I don't have a phone plan, so every time I have to get a text to get a code just to log on COSTS ME MONEY! My computer is not a touch screen so I have any need for passkeys. Get it together AOL, too many other choices I can select from as my primary email address.

I'm displeased with that fact you cannot change to another sound the "Play a sound when new mail arrives" I am stuck with the defaut brrrrriiinnngggg sound... Probably turn it off...

you say "Tackle your Inbox" hah, wish I could in a more timely manner. All your AOL ads take so much time to download I can't get to my inbox. So irritating.

yes i just got off the phone with a rep and we should be able to access our email the way we see fit. i have 15000 i cant even get through because of this junk and settings and bring back the a-z also that is critical as well

why just why the change???!! Are you bored AOL? At the very least customers should be allowed to switch back the version they are most comfortable with. I may switch over to gmail and leave AOL blowing in the wind!!
