you say "Tackle your Inbox" hah, wish I could in a more timely manner. All your AOL ads take so much time to download I can't get to my inbox. So irritating.

yes i just got off the phone with a rep and we should be able to access our email the way we see fit. i have 15000 i cant even get through because of this junk and settings and bring back the a-z also that is critical as well

why just why the change???!! Are you bored AOL? At the very least customers should be allowed to switch back the version they are most comfortable with. I may switch over to gmail and leave AOL blowing in the wind!!

The new one pixel font is too thin. It really slows down reading. Bigger isn't much better. Think thicker.

I really prefer the Basic Email. It easier for this Senior. I made a mistake by using the other version.

this new format sucks in plain english . seeing the email of sender on left is dumb and harder to decide what ill read or open. Bring back the old format

gtet rid of ALL ads .and junk mail. That's why i PAY for AOL.

BOLDFACE unread emails, don't just mark them with a bullet point! This new version is much harder to read, and much more difficult to sort wanted from unwanted emails. Return to the old look!

With today's technology, I am surprised that AOL has not taken steps to block these types of emails completely from your AOL System! TAKE ACTION NOW; I know that I am not the only person who feels this way and has this problem!!

I agree with this opinion of having basic mail back - is such a pain to have to go through all the screens to get to my mail. And because of all the content you allow to be on the page it takes forever to load. Give us back the nicer, easier sign on.
