I've been with AOL since 1997. So much for loyalty. If they don't change back to Standard I might as go with someone else. What is better Yahoo or Google?

Bring back Basic. You should give people the option again. I don't like the new version.

I have just recently (2026-08-11)switched from yahoo.se to AOL. Precisely because Yahoo has complicated the mail handling among other things by making it complicated to handle, for example, star an email.Unlike AOL, which has streamlined the handling and perhaps best of all,
- INCREASED the storage space for mail to 1 (ONE) TB.

My address block has totally changed; fonts are not the same, address block as I set it up is not translating properly. And more. Whatever you did please change it back.

Please bring back the old mail box. New one too hard to read, that is why I stayed with AOL over other companies. Also you can't sort by email or subject now. My mail box will get huge now cause that helped me clear out mail.

Allowing the option to switch back should be considered. most AOL users are older and the classic style was easier on the eyes, less cluttered and would better serve a large segment of your users

The new AOL mail text is so light that it makes practically everything unreadable! Why AOL? Is this suppose to be an improvement? I's definitely not! Change it back AOL!!!

Totally agree. Changes are NOT improvements. Why tinker all the time? I know I'm wasting my time writing this because, as usual, no-one will take any notice.

AOL made their email worse by adopting ultra fine or hairline fonts! Why what's with that?

Non stop ads greedy AOL stop the ads and spam emails which have increased since the new mail look has taken effect. AOL has made matters worse with this change.

Notice more spam/junk emails now that the new email from AOL has taken effect... Change back to the classic AOL mail and quit promoting SPAM!!!!!!!

Giving the option to switch to the old theme, would be nice, as it was easier on the eyes. What would also be helpful, would be an option to change the font color in the main layout list. An option for black on white is much easier on the eyes, than the gray the new layout has.

When I choose to view my email list of people, I need them with their last name in alphabetical order, but AOL keeps changing that! Don't you have anyone intelligent working there who can correct that issue or are you just trying to lose customers? Also, now you are changing the formatting of letters I send out by destroying paragraph spacing and the spaces between sentences. The spacing makes it easier for people to read! What idiot thought that was a good idea?

Go back to the old style and stop changing it. I want to seem my new mail and old mail on the same page.
