When you search for a e-mail address in the top bar via the online e-mail system to put that e-mail in a folder the last e-mail system change that you did causes the contacts complete information to come up on the right side of the window. And then you cannot see what e-mails folders the contacts e-mails are in - they are only partially there unless I reduce the font size. They may be in more than one folder - An e-mail from an attorney or accountant would be a normal reason for this. This is a royal pain **********!!! Stop the BS. Go back to what you had prior to the last e-mail system change!!! AOL never contacts high volume uses to understand the e-mail system problems. if you did 90% of the complaints would go away.
