How can we improve AOL Mail?

'Get rid of the idiotic two-step verification, and stop putting ads in email accounts' has been merged into this idea

Too much time is wasted with endless verifications!

Please stop asking me to verify my identity two three times a day! Once I put in the password, stop making me go thru a ritual of getting yet another verification. If you would consider how you would feel going thru that two or more times a day, sometimes within minutes of each other, when I am off VPN, you would not do it.
Can I have your help in this?

    Get rid of the idiotic two-step verification, and stop putting ads in email accounts. See enough of those without sorting thru **** no one is going to buy anyway

    I've said this before, if I didn't authorize two-step verification, why am I constantly having to go through this nonsense every time I log in? I have a prepaid phone so every time I get a text it COSTS ME MONEY. I have no choice when I log into my school site, but A-O-****? Give me a break and cut it out.

When l say l do not want certain items sent to me, instead of seeing those items over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over etc, I MEAN I DO NOT WANT TO SEETHEM REPEATED OVER & OVER AGAIN!!!!! But it's like talking to a **** brick!! My feedback means I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THAT **** OVER AND OVER & OVER AGAIN!! Should I resort to cursing AOL?????

    I have to login with user and password everyday. I haven't cleared cache/cookies. I enabled 3rd party cookies. Very annoying about to leave for gmail.. aaaagh i am signed in and to send this i again must sign in

    Agree to some extent. AOL has required me to be verified by a code sent to another email. This seems more AOL's way to learn of any other email I have which is pretty "sneaky" in a way. But that also requires additional time to go to another email, wait for the AOL email w/the verification code to arrive. Then to go back to AOL login page to enter the verification code. Additionally, unless a person has more than one device or has dual monitors, it requires a lot of unnecessary back & forth changing tabs & screens. Many AOL users, which AOL well knows, are in the senior season of life, having started with AOL years ago, & who have remained with & loyal to AOL. And their entire email history & files are in AOL. And though there are tech ways to import/transfer data, etc., why put them--, who are not as tech literate & savvy as younger people who mostly use gmail & other email providers, or who grew up w/tech,-- through all of that trouble. Also, please consider the actual exipense of keeping up w/hardware or purchasing additional devices, but AOL any real assistance, unless the AOL email user pays various additional AOL monthly fees. The FAQs are not very helpful & neither are any AI agent or other chat features. AOL can & ought to do better. Real customer service, w/o having to go through all the unnecessary hoops and tech channels would yield more profit to AOL. The boardroom would be surprised the increase in $$$ and the profit bottom line.

    My issue is the continual need to get a Verification Code...Don't want to go on a cell phone hunt every time I log in, and what makes this ridiculous is...All anyone needs is my cell phone # and Viola !! instant access to my account. AOL needs wake up...

    We of the aol generation do not need the hassle of what you have done to sign in so we can get our email messages. Please make it simple to sign in, we beg of you....

    I cannot believe I have to wait for the huge credit card ad to download before I can even get to sign in. Very irritating. Why are you making it so difficult and prolonged to sign in. Please make it simple again. We of the aol generation do not need the hassle. PLEASE make it simple again.
