How can we improve AOL Mail?

← AOL Mail Norrin

Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change

You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

    UNLIMITED SPAM BLOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Susan Owen commented  ·   ·  Report

New AOL email version with Old Mail..New Mail feature is awkward. The sort by Sender feature is gone. The most recent previous format was perfectly fine and efficient. Why ruin a good thing?

INCREASE THE NUMBER OF BLOCKED SENDERS TO UNLIMITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • DEANNA DEREMO commented  ·   ·  Report

Just adding "block sender" to my choices does not appease me unless it actually works. I gave you time to fix it. You still haven't. When I try to permanently block something, I get a pop-up telling me, "FAILED TO SAVE YOUR PREFERENCES. PLEASE TRY AGAIN." You need to increase the amount of block senders to UNLIMITED.

    UNLIMITED BLOCKING!!!!!

    FIX IT!!!!!

EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU DO IT!!!!!

    Latest version is horrible.

  • lxixmbm commented  ·   ·  Report

Give your subscribers a choice of which format or version they prefer rather than arbitrarily doing away with a version that we are comfortable and familiar with. The latest version is like going back to the Stone Age.

Stop changing the AOL email system. This one now is way worse. I want the old email system back.

  • KENNETH SLOTKOWSKI commented  ·   ·  Report

    Cindy,
You're right! AOL ignores all input from users and don't anything but make AOL mail worse! Like eliminating auto sign-in and making the fonts so fine that they are very hard to see!!!

  • LEA BARKER commented  ·   ·  Report

While we can’t respond to every suggestion, we review them regularly and take them very seriously. Sure doesn't seem like anyone is taking AOL customers seriously your feedback setup is a joke making us think someone is really veiwing and acting on our concerns..... GREED, GREED, GREED...

Ich will die Einstellung zurück, die vorgestern noch problemlos lief:
Alle Mails im Posteingang, die nicht in andere Ordner verschoben wurden, chronologisch, ungelesene in FETT.
Wie bekomme ich diese Einstellung zurück??

Give us back our Standard version.

  • KENNETH SLOTKOWSKI commented  ·   ·  Report

Plus AOL users can't auto sign in (blank password box) and they changed the font to Ultra Fine that is barely readable! That's better AOL?

  • uncapie commented  ·   ·  Report

I've been with AOL since 1997. So much for loyalty. If they don't change back to Standard I might as go with someone else. What is better Yahoo or Google?
