Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change

You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

    Why are adverts appearing at the top of my inbox? They didn't before the change and they aren't wanted now.

    Just used the new compose email and format and it stinks. Please go back to the old format or at least, give us an option to pick the format we want to use.

    Umm Hello? Why are my emails being grouped, when my grouped option, which took me forever to find (horrific new FORCED format) is turned off? I cannot see the screen well or read my emails well with any comfort with them grouped like this. I need one list, no grouping, I have trouble reading "too much" on one screen, it's medical. I DID NOT ASK FOR OR CONCENT to a new version of AOL of any kind, this was FORCED upon me, even though I said "NO" to the newer upgrade." Switch back to your tried and true version that your decades upon decades worth of loyal users and customers refused to leave. There was as reason we all refused to stop using AOL, because it was the cleanest, easiest, no frills, fastest, most organized email service out there and you've just destroyed it. HOW DO YOU UNGROUP BY DAY OR WEEK IF GROUPING IS SHUT OFF???? RESPOND TO YOUR USERS AOL. 5-24-2023

    Please go back to the old format. The new format looks terrible. At least give us a way to go back to old format.
