please stop this! makes it almost impossible to simply reply to an email

Not only is the e-mail terrible EVERYTHING is with this new AOL. They really need to switch it back since we have to pay for it. Raise the price then give us a format that has so many steps just to look at something. Have you tried finding your favorites and seen how many steps it takes to find them? The old AOL one click and you had it. The whole set up is POOR JUDGEMENT on their part

this has now gone on far too long. Please fix. It happens after a space, not a letter, on my Samsung tablet.

When replying to emails, the cursor jumps to the bottom of the email train. I must scroll up every 3 seconds.

I called support and they just wanted to up sell me and couldn't help.
I have these same problems.

replying and composing an email is extremely difficult now. many unnecessary lines/blank rows are added to the email and although the cursor remains where u were last typing, the screen jumps to the last of many blank rows at the bottom of the body of the email. also the ads, shown in between new mail, are obnoxiously annoying. also since the change my email was hacked and changed were made to my account including my email and email addresses were added to a block list...

This is terrible. Can't read many emails because of restrictions. I'm looking at changing if you don't get this fixed or changed.

Nearly impossible to compose new or reply to e mails. Screen jumps about. It's a big mess.

This new format is terrible. It isn't user friendly and it only serves to delay what I am doing. I don't like a split screen, I don't like the way it portrays email addresses for emails and in general I don't like the layout. Kindly send me a way to return to the format previous to the new one. yes, please change how the reply to emails functions...this new way is frustrating.

Two things.

1. When I type a message. after a certain time, the cursor will suddenly jump a dozen lines or so, forcing me to scroll back up to continue my message. This recurs incessantly.

2. When I reply to a message, my typed response merges with the message to which I am responding (the info set off by the vertical lines on the left margin).

like the old AOL better......much simpler

The new format is for entire AOL page is soooo disorganized. The old format was structured, easy to identify headlines. and read information. This new format is like the brain of a Bi-Polar person who is very Manic.... messy, disorganized, can't keep a thought straight.

Replying to an email is ridiculously hard. It keeps disappearing and has to be scrolled down to be completed. Enormous waste of time!!! Will it get fixed. We just upgraded our phones and are sick of the struggle!
