Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change

You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

    Stop asking when I am trying to sign into my e-mail if it is me!! I want off the cell phone, or having to call you people, to get into my e-mail !! and... no I don't want to use my finger prints to sign in!! Question....We tell you people what we want, and it's like we are talking to the deaf, dumb, blind !! LISTEN TO US !!

    Why won't you bring the Font's back!! Font's now are to small !!! You have to use Cap's so you can read the darn thing!!

    Please restore the larger image attachment previews in opened emails. The new small attachment thumbnails are much less useful, especially when an email contains photographs. Previously I could easily see the attached images directly in the message without opening each one. Please either restore the previous size or give users a setting to choose large or small attachment previews.

    Please please give us an easy to find button to go back to the old interface. Or, even better, give us a choice of interface appearances, so that if we really prefer one of your old ones, we can go back to it. And that would also help you gauge the success of an update - if everybody says "no, I'm going to use the old one" then you know it wasn't an improvement.

    You totally erased allll my settings - font, size, color, and other things - this is really horrible - especially since you raised the fee every month. Where's teh SERVICE to go with that fee raise? I'm lookinginto other systems. Yours no longer works for me.

    Old email version (Writing email cut paste (drafts) was perfect. It all changed Aug. 1st. Terrible now.

    I’ve always defended AOL as a great service — could care less if using it makes me look old. But this new interface is an abomination, and prompting me to finally consider switching to another service. The horror, the horror.

    I cannot stand the new fonts. They are difficult for me to read and large is too large and medium is unacceptable. I was quite happy with the original font and boldness of the letters and numbers!!

    after 35 years of using AOL i have seen the site geting only much more complicated and unfriendly to use. Not to speak about the address book , it's a disaster, and there are plenty of spam mail l dont in it. BRAVO continue your sabotage job !

    Please! Please!... BOLD FACE THE NEW MAIL LIST. It is close to impossible for us "Older folks" to see!

    It is close to impossible to read new mail. Before I could easily read the list, but now it is so light that no matter what I do with changing the theme design, it will not darken the list text. WHY.. WHY did you make this change!! If it was to convince people to purchase some sort of better version.. what makes anyone believe some PAID version would be any better??

    After AOL Mail just changed its appearance rather dramatically, I can no longer access the full color chart in the signature option where one programs one's signature. The color chart is partially obstructed by another section of the display. To be able to see the right side of the color chart, I have to use the right arrow to scroll over, but doing so does not allow me to simultaneously highlight the very text whose color I am trying to change. I also tried selecting the color that I wanted, and I hoped that once I started typing afterwards, the words would display in that color, but they do not do so. So there seems to be no way to access the colors on the right side of the color chart and have them display anywhere in one's signature. Any color that is obstructed in the chart merely displays as black in the signature.

    much harder to read. can not restore message if deleted easily liked version with white background and lines between messages
