Why change? Cannot figure out how to delete multiple emails without deleting the ones I need to keep. Really sucks trying to do it one email at a time with all the spam.

Again, I tried this "new" version and told you why I didn't like it. This is ridiculous!

Go back to the old version, this one sucks! I dont want the news mixed in with my emails and I want to select an email and scroll through the ones I want to delete the way I did with the old version!!!!

I've reported this defect numerous times spanning years, but nobody cares. Now you're forcing me to use your defective new platform because there's no way to revert to standard mail anymore.

bad bad new mail go back to basic

new aol mail is horrible and super super slow bring back basic mail

Put it back the way it was, stop messing with things that work. The new email box design is really a pain to read, or try to click on to delete ect. Just stop.

explicit mail with minors

wildcard usage and dont limit to 1000

THIS IS TERRIBLE! I can't delete UNWANTED email with ease anymore. I have to click each one.

i dont know what aol's spam filter is doing now, block spam , yeah right ive blocked every **** spam email that ive had multiple times, emptied the list multiple times and still it keeps coming ,if it carries on Aol will lose another account, if other companys can do it why not AOL or should i say Bending Spoons now?

for some reason the go to basic mail option on settings is not available. i need to type basic.mail.aol.com just to get back to basic mail and its not saving

GO BACK TO OLS BASIC AOL MAIL THIS NEW VERSION IS AWFUL!

GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION OF AOL MAIL..THIS NEW ONE IS PATHETIC AND ATROCIOUS; PLEASE RETURN ME TO THE OLD BASIC AOL MAIL...THIS NEW VERSION MUST GO!

AOL only allows 500 senders to be blocked(not that it does much anyway), that's only 2-3 months worth of senders. So if you reach this limit the only way to protect yourself is by unblocking harmful senders you have previously blocked. Try filters? Not only do the filters not work in any capacity, I cannot use that option now as it's " currently unavailable". If AOL places limits on my safety how can I protect myself? It seems like AOL wants something to happen to its users accounts. How many people have to complain and address this for the right people to do something about it? Scam and phishing attempts have increased why not our protections? AOL is becoming a disappointing joke. Listen to your users and protect us, DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

new version sucks. why would you try to fix something
that is not broke. we will be hunting for a new carrier
if this isn't fixed soon

EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHANGE TO UNLIMITED BLOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AOL has a lot of complaints. What happened to customer service? Simple things that can be fixed, yet you don't. DO YOUR JOBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not like the new and improved format. I prefer and work well with the classic email format. Please reset me. Thanks.

CHANGE TO UNLIMITED BLOCKING. EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this new mail really sucks...really really slow and stupid
