Adds do not allow the printing of full original emails. Thus, extortion for add free emails???? Come on.

Bill Treible

not sure how this can be 10th ranked but show up on page 7 of these suggestions. Spam remains a serious issue to many of us, it would help for these to show up on page 1 to gain more suggestions that may help reduce these issues

Go Back to Basic Mail so it actually works

I can't access my email. This is unacceptable. It's my main provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason.

Nothing will load, move. page not available, can't fetch...... Am I going to HAVE to switch to Gmail? Can't check any folders. Have you been hacked??????

emails won't load, won't delete, can't look at different folders. What the ****? Get "can't fetch" Error, error, error

Plus I don't get all of my emails that I'm suppose to get. AOL has decided to not send them. This feedback is useless because AOL doesn't read them. If they did they would do something about it!

I agree. AOL Classic is better than this new version.

Go back to immediately to the old system otherwise we go

Only when I use or check aol, my computer gets very slow. No other email or site gives me that problem.

GO BACK TO CLASSIC I DID NT CHANGE ANYTHING> I HATE CHANGE, ASK MY WIFE!

This new format is terrible - need sender information, not reply or do not reply.
When hovering, cannot see complete sender information

The Classic View so much better. It's a mare to find anything with the new layout and why the blue dots? Bold is enough to show unread and this is 2 years on from the change and still hate it.
I have important stuff now, I need to see important emails easily and the page is so cluttered-cannot see anything. looks better if reduced to 50% then cannot read . Looks like a jumble sale.
May need to consider Gmail as a better option

Now @offerdsnowse and @ferdaselim - no sense blocking each full email address (there are too many, and probably don’t repeat too often), but can’t be blocked by domain:

I agree, The number of spam emails I get on AOL are enormous! They need to do something about it. Blocking doesn't seem to help.

YES, Increase spam blocked emails to 10,000

Nothing good is included in this new mail format go back to the old mail or at least give us that option

who deleted the search facility from aol mail?
