I'm not sure what is happening but the app is responding to my cursor only intermittently. This means I cannot read selected emails, compose emails, manage emails, etc. For some of my correspondence I prefer using aol.com rather than gmail. I have tried restarting the app, etc to no avail. Thank you for your consideration & response.

First place most everything is going into Spam-I am missing valuable information and wasting time-so this is not just about advertising. You want to advertise and make $ that way?( put it up top -, do not block the sides off so it can not print full pages. If it's money you want- how do I know this will not continue if I pay? And if I am to pay , why not update my email to yahoo or gmail instead? Aol dates me-anyway so I may just have to go to another ...if I don't have any information on why you have ruined this company I will change tomorrow and this will be secondary only until I move every contact. I have lost 100 messages from my New Mail at a time, this has happened twice! The Search function does not always pull up all of the messages that it should, and sometimes leaves out items that are in the Sent folder and Recently Deleted folder. The inconsistencies in the Search funtion are puzzling. The other thing that bothers me is that we don't see feedback from AOL on what could be causing the issue and if it is resolved.

Change the 'add address' function for blocking emails so it allows wild cards (' * ') to be used after the ' @ ' sign. I get a lot of spam emails from 'uk' addresses. I block one domain, and the spammers just keep creating new ones. I don't know anyone in the United Kingdom, and would love to be able to block any email address from the uk that is not already in my address book.

hate this new format, every week i send out a group bible study email, what use to take less than 5 minutes by copy and paste now takes 30-45 minutes, this is driving me crazy!

When I send an email now it begins with Mr followed by my email. Friends are sending it to spam, blocking my email or deleting it. Looks like a foul message. Terrible experience!

Agreed. I just deleted all 1000 blocked senders and started all over again. Some addresses will not block and delete. One pervasive spammer is team@proudpratiot.com who is selling "trumpinator bobbleheads". I get several of these emails per day. They cannot be blocked, even though they are on the block list. Update: I started a reply to the culprit and found that he had spoofed his email address. I then blocked the reply to email address.

I stopped using AOL as you made it worse

STOP changing the email.

I used the paging in Classic Email to bulk review and delete emails from mailing lists (I sort by sender or subject). The paging allowed me to select all emails on a page listing (50 emails?) which were all from the same sender.

With new email, I have to INDIVIDUALLY delete each email, argh!

Please listen to your loyal users and return us to the format we had -- correct me if I am wrong about the time of this, my friends! -- one year ago.

Trying to reply to an important email and can't get it written as email slows to a standstill as the adverts take control. Ridiculous. Had AOL for over 20 years and this is the worst it has been.
