Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change

You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

    I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    ALL OF THE FIRST PAGE OF COMMENTS ARE RELEVANT PLUS HAVING DREAMT UP THESE CHANGES, DOES NO ONE IN THE IMPROVEMENT DEPT TRY THEM OUT BEFORE THEY ARE IMPOSED ON THE PUBLIC? IT WOULD APPEAR NOT !!

    I sent out an email to 30 recipients (created the list); one of them being me. After several minutes of not receiving that email in my Inbox, I called one of the persons to find out if she received it and the answer was 'yes'. So, why did it not show up in my Inbox?

    I seriously consider returning to the classic mail. It's
    been a pain to say the least to edit contact lists in the new version.

    If I can not print because of the ads and I can't read because of them-then I have no reason at this point to stay with your dated service. When you tell people you are on aol.com they laugh and know you are a Senior. I didn't change because I don't like change but since you did for the worse -there is absolutely no reason to stay. You can find a different way to use the ads than this..(fgs we get enough spam). How do I send mail from here w/o looking like a moron? I can't even change it to read something, print something, send something. You people ruined it for yourself....

    I do not like the New AOL Mail it's does not do what I want, i.e. separate read and reply boxes and that's only one complaint. Plus add / include wildcards for eliminating Spam...

    I want the classic email back and have not been able to get it back using various instructions. I send many group emails, there's no option for formatting, it's very difficult and frustrating to use. Why on earth did you change what didn't need to be changed and why don't you make it easier to go back to the classic format.

    Get rid of the new ASININE job posting LAYOUT! You cannot even delete a whole column of old emails with ONE CLICK AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE -- ANYMORE! AOL LOVES TO OVER-COMPLCATE A SIMPLE LAYOUT THAT WORKED JUST FINE BEFORE FOR YEARS!!
