Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

So you do not even respond, just posting my comment? It will be a pain ********** to retain contacts when I move to gail, plus making the change with other sites I visit. Ridiculous!

new format cuts off some horizontal info. Old format please. If old format no longer available as an option I will go to gmail, so please be honest about availability as some portion of mail message is being cut off horizontally

I never entertained using YAHOO, this is a joke, not to comment about the recent amount of SPAM. I wish to return back to my normal e-mail and setting or I will arrange to move away from AOL. For a customer who has been with you for 30 plus years, this is very disappointing indeed

AOL email barely works. Why not listen to all the people and revert to the old email. I sit and wait 1 full minute for it to just open. This is nonsense

Emails I "keep as new" just disappear without trace. Go back to the basic version please. We have a saying "If it aint broke don't try to fix it" !

In my case, the thing I hate most is that after i open an e-mail on my phone, it continues to show as new in the inbox on the laptop or desktop, whatever. Basically, the phone and the desktop mail accounts are not synchronised, although it is the very same account. It works the other way round though...anything that gets modified on the desktop, will show accordingly on the phone. I just hate having to go through the inbox every day and mark messages as read.

VPN or no VPN you always require a code sent a different email. This is such a hassle I am considering if I should drop AOL after 40 years of use.

I have looked for other places to go to, because you won't let us go back to classic. Or because you have not taken the best from classic and combined it with the best from the new. Frankly, you have just switched over to Yahoo in my opinion. There is nothing new about Aol. The only thing really good about Yahoo is the background and the calendar. I am searching right now for another email provider.

I thought that, when you merged classic with the "new" Aol, you were going to take the good points of the classic and put it with the new. Instead, you just eliminated the good points of the classic entirely. Like the wonderful stationery we had. You had the selections of the stationery over to the right side and you had really good stationery. I also liked the way the filters were formed. We do not have very good stationery in the new and the filters are really tedious. I like a lot of features about the new. Like the choices of background. If you put your mind to it, you could give us a well-rounded Aol of both classic and new.

This new version of AOL is ****. My emails disappear frequently and I can't get them back. The UI isn't well designed and difficult to use.
