Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change

You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

    It's happening all over the place...now AOL. It's as if they are trying real hard to make me not use this service. I used to brag about how much better AOL was than Gmail, but you went and ruined it trying to be like the other guys. Do you really think that all the kids are going to drop their mail client and come flocking over to AOL. It's not gonna happen. What's actually happening, is that you're chasing away your loyal users with this half hearted attempt to revamp your service. The original AOL was perfect as is. This is not cool...

    If I can't go back to the way I've always used AOL, I will cancel my account. I conduct all my financial business via email. With this new interface, I cannot attached documents. It's totally useless

    Been a subscriber since 1995! It's absolutely critical that you allow re-allow wildcards to block spam mail and increase the number of blocked senders to 10,000, or more!

    I DO NOT LIKE the new format - too confusing and attempt to look "modern" and "with it" - PLEASE go back to or at least make available the original format !!!!!!!!

    I cannot download simple files like word. This is the worst version I have ever seen and I have been a loyal customer since the beginning. I don't want to switch but cannot continue with this version

    I don't understand why you're not responding to the thousands of complaints regarding this update, and why you're not giving us the option to revert back to the classic format. I would appreciate a response.

    Why in the world you would take out the option to search an email that is ONLY in the inbox is beyond me. I need to be able to search my emails that were from my SENT box also, like it used to be. Why things were changed, I have no idea. DON'T FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKEN!!!! The old format was PERFECT.

    no answer?? I want the classic program back NOW !! or, I just change to another server.
    this is ridiculous, e-mail is constantly lost ,photos removed without my doing a thing and it is too hard to navigate
    like everything else right now, change is not a good thing
    fix it back to how it was years ago
