I am ******* tired, of this two steps verification. I asked, long time ago not to di it.
This 2 step verification, was disabled after I complained, a couple of years ago. Now, is back. If so, I will be forced to change mi account, and switch to another provider.

word wrap doesn't work when I am trying to read an email. I spoke with AOL support and they couldn't help
Word wrap doesn't work when I am trying to read an email. I have to scroll to the far right in order to read the end of sentences. That makes it very difficult to read emails. I spoke with AOL support and they couldn't help. I saw that someone else had reported the issue, but AOL did not fix it. From what I could tell, AOL closed that issue. Why was the issue closed?

Sidebar folder/subfolder list
It would be great if the subfolders shown in the sidebar would be indented slightly, like maybe one space. It is a bit difficult to quickly see which is a subfolder or folder, i.e., obviously when you have a folder exanded.

Clicking on multiple emails requires too much precision.
I tend to select multiple emails for some action or another (typically deletion). The new mail is so fussy that if I don't push EXACTLY in the square, it opens the email and loses all the checkmarks I've already made. I'm not infirm. It's too fussy. And I hate it.

stop putting Informed Delivery in SPAM, now I don't receive it at all after marking NOT SPAM
STOP marking Informed Delivery as SPAM. I marked it 'NOT SPAM' and a week after reporting to you and Postmaster, I still am not receiving any Informed Delivery in my emails. Second time you did this. This is your problem, not USPS!

Give us a whitelist
I'm tired of pulling the same friendly senders out of the Spam folder, and your system doesn't learn when I keep marking them "Not spam." Time to join the 21st century.
310th rankedIf you mark a message Not Spam using one of our clients once, that sender will no longer land in the Spam folder. Is there a chance you're using a 3rd party app - perhaps one with its own filters?

SPAM
I get certain emails all the time...and now, all of a sudden, and it's hit or miss, you're asking me if its save of not. If I've interacted with the sender before, especially for YEARS, stop asking me that stupid question. Sometime multiple times almost near each other.
Certainly you have a way to figure out the algorithm, right? You're a tech company, right? Then I get emails that are obviously spam that end up in my in box.
Get your act together please.

Improve the parameters of your search function for inbox/mail
The search function is currently very inefficient. I am trying to get rid of SPAM in my inbox so do a search for it and it tells me "nothing to see here" for search result(s) however when I go to my inbox, I'm finding emails from the places/people that I just did a search on with no results. It clearly is NOT working the way it's suppose to. Not to mention, having the search for both "mail" and "web" in the same search area is very confusing, and I think might be A factor in to why it isn't working…

I accidentally deleted much of the email I was composing. But, with no 'UNDO' button, I couldn't retrieve what I just lost. Why don't you offer such a common command with Aol Mail? I had to try to remember what I had written and retype it. Bummer. Shame on you!

How dare you stop filtering incoming mail and offer to now do it for a fee. I have other providers that are FREE and do a better job free!
I am probably one of a very few people still paying for service. As a provider you are responsible for a certain amount of oversight and I dont think you should try to further monetize. What am I paying for after all
