  2. Changing password every time I log into account

    AOL has a ‘help article’ that is ‘useful’. It is not. I have turned off my VPN when logging in. Which alone is ridiculous, why can’t I use a VPN?

    However I my valid password is still deemed incorrect. I have changed it multiple times. It is not user error. AOL system refuses to hold on to it. 2fv works as long as I don’t try to log in too many times. But logging in that way without a 'correct password' takes way too long, just to sign in. I don’t have this problem with Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook

  4. Quit prefilling login name and password

    Just stop. This is a bad idea. You got rid of the list of people who log into my computer and put one name and prefilled it. Stop. That does not work. It is just plain wrong. Stop doing it. And you prefilled the password. I don't want that. I don't want anything prefilled as multiple people use this computer. STOP IT. IT'S STUPID AND DANGEROUS. WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THE PEOPLE AT AOL? THIS IS WRONG.

    never let a hacker set up altrenatives like what's app to retrieve my accouint, wjhat's app and an email i never use and did not list. how dare y ou be so cavalier.

  10. Night Landscape Theme

    This theme was once part of Yahoo Mail, and is no longer there...why? Why did Yahoo get rid of themes for basic mail? Themes alone is enough for me to leave Yahoo Mail for good...thanks AoL...thanks for giving people what they want, unlike Yahoo, who's become too cheap to provide the basics.

    None of your filters, do anything to prevent any spam, no sorting your email service is useless. If you want someone to pay for service. you have to provide one. Right now it, not worth it. you like the us Mail only trash is delivered.

    Having an "AD" with NO CHOICES WITH IT, on the TOP line of my Inbox listing is ANNOYING... Mystifying.... WHY??? If I go to click on it, it starts to bring me to ANOTHER URL!!!!!! Can NOT delete it!!! Can NOT choose it as Spam or Junk. NO Star icon in the left hand column.... Just "AD".
    AGAIN WHY????!!!
    Change this "feature" (???) BACK or FIX IT!!!

  20. block confermetsarah.com from using your network

    Allow domain blocking. I have tried various filters to get rid of persistent spammers. The current one always features confermetsarah as part of the domain, or has owner in the first part of the senders address - can you just not block this and let all your genuine users get on with their life.
