Saved AOL Mail filters disappear and filter count drops unexpectedly
AOL Mail has a serious filter-list bug that needs to be fixed.
My account had reached 383 of 500 saved filters. Without me deleting any filters, the filter list unexpectedly dropped back to 355 of 500. This has now happened twice.
The missing filters had already been created and saved successfully. Because of that, I do not want to recreate them and risk duplicate filters if they are still stored on AOL’s servers but temporarily not displaying.
Please investigate and fix the AOL Mail filter system so that:
• Saved filters remain visible and do not disappear unexpectedly.

We want our stationery back!! Someone is getting lazy over at AOL for them to have such a dismal choice of stationeries for a big company such as yours. You used to have so many wonderful choices to choose from. What numbskull decided to pull back so much on what you are offering. Other email companies offer much more than this. Be Better to your customers.

Make it easier to correct a recipient's e-mail address
Make it easier for users to correct a recipient's e-mail address when composing a message. I don't appreciate having to click on the x to delete the address, then start over and hopefully type it without any errors. It's time-consuming and irritating.

Viewing Email - Continued Correspondence
When viewing incoming emails, the most recent is always listed at the very bottom of the email trail if it is continued correspondence. It would be extremely helpful if the most recent correspondence is listed at the TOP so that when you open a new email you see the actual NEW correspondence as opposed to having to search for it! Current format creates great distress with business type emails!

The order of the emails in the inbox is out of order
In the new mail folder the 1st email is from yesterday, the 2nd one is from today, the next ones are from yesterday and then after them it shows some today's email again and the error continues and ocurrs on all the folders. if i click on sort by old to new it sorts them out correctly today, yestreday and then by the date and then if I move it back to sort from new to old it gets out of order again. The error ocurrs on Windows PC using edge and chrome and also on my smartphone using aol's…

Depuis de très nombeuse années je n'ai été (concecté) CONNECTE qu'a A.O.L. Francais et tout a toujours été parfait;
Pourquoi AOL, ne marche plus et je suis obligé de faire des centaines opérations qui ne fonctioonent pas.,
Avant avant toutes les actions fonctionnaiet impécables
Où il est le bon temps d'avant ??? et surtout que faire pour m'en sortir ???

Add “Forward as Attachment” / “Attach Message” to AOL Mail Web
Please add a native “Forward as Attachment” / “Attach Message” feature to AOL Mail on the web as soon as possible.
This option should work in AOL Mail across supported web browsers, including Vivaldi, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and other browsers, rather than being limited to a particular desktop application or browser.
Currently, AOL Mail’s normal Forward button inserts the original message inline into the new message. The More menu also does not provide a “Forward as Attachment” or “Attach Message” option.

Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

what happened to all the wonderful stationery you used to offer??? ones for every season and holiday?? and the GIF button is gone too. We like to make our emails look fun and interesting, not blah like the stuff you have in your stationery right now. Whoever is responsible for putting these features back on, please do it! Provide a chat option
Provide users the option to chat directly with staff instead of directing them to send a message through social media, the AOL help page or make a phone call.
