contact list
I cannot update an existing Contact List with new email addresses that have been added to my Contacts. The Contact List says No Contact Found when I put in the email address or name to be added.
And I cannot create a new Contact List. This is happening on both my MacBook Air & PC. Separate operating systems separate browsers.963rd ranked -

Having multiple issues with my email
I'm having multiple issues with my email. Up until a few days ago as I would view my new mail I would simply have to click the BLUE Button next to each email that I was not interested in reading and it would sent directly to Old Mail and removed from the New Mail page. It helped move my emails quicker. Now when I click on the Blue Button next to the email it turns to a grey color but remains on that page unless I refresh the page. My second issue, I get multiple emails from certain sites every…

2 factor authentication with WhatsApp
As a test, when I sign into my AOL account (at the two factor authentication step), I choose to receive a code through WhatsApp. Here is the thing : on the iPhone app, I receive the code without problem.
However, if I check WhatsApp on a computer at the address web.whatsapp.com, the code is not received. This happens all the time.
I don't know if it is an AOL bug or if the fault lies with the web version of WhatsApp .963rd ranked -
Fix this - every 1-2 minutes while I am writing
Fix this - every 1-2 minutes while I am writing an e-mail on AOL Mail, the screen blanks out for an instant, I lose the last sentence I was writing and the cursor resets at the top of my message. What's going on? This is beyond annoying. This is NOT autosave.

What happened to the stationery?! I LOVED the OLD stationery choices, the new one is ugly. Please return back the old stationery . There is no seasonal option as well.

get rid of that 24/7 help at upper right
every time i hover mouse over it it appears and it's very intrusive. put elsewhere/make smaller/ or something. i'm sick of looking at the pop-up option every time my mouse is up near that part of the screen. thx

Personalize the icons at the top of the email window.
Make it so that I can arrange the icons at the top of the email window, moving them oe removing ie Facebook.

Your spam filters keep misdetecting totally legit long-established email senders as spam
Your spam filters are imperfect. You're extremely good at detecting almost all spam; thank you for that. However, bizarrely, quite often you decide that someone I've emailed with for many years is spam! How can that happen? At least you do send it to me, with a note saying we think this is spam; so then I tell you it isn't. But my puzzle and annoyance is: How come your filters ever got the idea in the first place that someone I've emailed with for many years - an employer, in one instance! - could possibly be spam? Dates of email messages listed in the inbox are now totally out of order. Even when I resort the dates, the dates are still mixed up.
AOL changed the format again, and now I cannot get my inbox messages to line up chronologically. I have today's messages mixed with yesterday's messages and the messages from the day before, and so on. Re-sorting from "new to old" or from "old to new" does not solve the problem, as the messages just re-organize again, but in yet another mixed up order. I cannot trust that I have read all the emails on a given day, because there could be messages from that day wedged in with messages from other days. Beyond frustrating.
