Why Am I Being Forced To See A Grouped Email Inbox?
WHY am I only allowed to view my inbox in a grouped by day, week and month view? I just want one list, able to be sorted by newest on top, NO grouping, NO separations by time, day, week or month. I genuinely, literally CANNOT READ MY INBOX in this type of format and there is NO option to see it the way it had always beautifully been before Yahoo, an Awful email provided, took things over. I want to see the send-to email address NOT his cute alias
Used to be when I received email in my inbox I could not see the sender's email address--only his cute alias.
You have FIXED that--now I can see the sender's email address.
BUT--when I compose email and I enter the recipient's email address then THAT email address disappears and is replaced by the cute alias associated with that email address.
I want to SEE the email address that I am sending to.
If I am sending to ten email addresses then I want to SEE those ten email addresses--NOT ten cute aliases.That way I am certain that I have…

Search new mail only
Hello, AOL used to have a search function in the Advanced Options to search in the New Mail folder only - now it's BOTH new and old mail (New/Old Mail). This is terribly inconvenient as I wish to only search for items in my New mail inbox. Could we please separate the two?

The new Mail format is worse than I thought
I cannot make the left hand column wide enough to see the entire description of my mail folders. When I change the title of a mail folder, I have to do it in the left hand column instead of having a new window open where I can make the changes. If I add too many letters and spaces to the field, I don't know until I save it and the field isn't updated. When a new window opened to make the change, it wouldn't allow me to use more spaces than was allowed.

How do I get rid of a Top Contact
I deleted a contact months ago but they are still showing up on my top contacts list. How do I get rid of that contact??

The window on the right that shows the sender info is totally worthless. There seems to be no way to get rid if it.
Give an option to delete the sender info window from display and printing. It has little or no value added.

I click "It's safe" and when get another message from this sender, I get the same message! What's the point of clicking "It's safe"? What's with that AOL?

STOP loading unread new mail. STOP IT!! I will load them for viewing when I want to view them.

Are you seeping in more changes now--please stop!!
First you change AOL from something that worked to something bad. Now, a few months into this mess, I cannot access emails without getting a malfunction notice and "click here" directive. AOL pls stop--just stop. Everything you do makes it worse. Who are you? What are you?

It should be trivial to backup something so crucial. I cannot find anyway to do it.
Allow us to backup email. If a way exists, don't hide it.

on the Notifications page, add capability to identify which send emails will notify of arrivals.

When I select emails to mark them as Read or Unread, the selected emails after the desired action doesn't get deselected.
