  2. After having an AOL account since 1991 or 1990 I think it's time to cancel my account

    I have been going by bergmanmd1@aol.com for , oh, I don't know, but I think it's over 26 years. Aol sent me a notice a couple months back and it talked about the price going up. i wrote them and told them that I had a set price for life. then some dumb kid writes me back to inform me that I had never been offered that deal. I replied "you're right not as bergmanmd1@aol.com" (my name). then he claimed that I was not the master account. I again replied, "then who is?" because my wife died in 2010…

  3. Sender's name is not fully displayed

    In the left pane of the inbox listing all senders, the sender's email address no longer displays when hovering the pointer over it.

  4. contact list

    I cannot update an existing Contact List with new email addresses that have been added to my Contacts. The Contact List says No Contact Found when I put in the email address or name to be added.
    And I cannot create a new Contact List. This is happening on both my MacBook Air & PC. Separate operating systems separate browsers.

  5. Free design Advice: Your color scheme screams ALERT, DANGER, UNDER CONSTRUCTION

    Go back to blue and white. Blue is calming and inspires trust. Yellow and black tell me HAZARD. I can't believe I took the time to do this, lol. But when you're right, you're right. And I'm totally right.

  14. Fix this - every 1-2 minutes while I am writing

    Fix this - every 1-2 minutes while I am writing an e-mail on AOL Mail, the screen blanks out for an instant, I lose the last sentence I was writing and the cursor resets at the top of my message. What's going on? This is beyond annoying. This is NOT autosave.

  15. Personalize the icons at the top of the email window.

    Make it so that I can arrange the icons at the top of the email window, moving them oe removing ie Facebook.

  16. Dates of email messages listed in the inbox are now totally out of order. Even when I resort the dates, the dates are still mixed up.

    AOL changed the format again, and now I cannot get my inbox messages to line up chronologically. I have today's messages mixed with yesterday's messages and the messages from the day before, and so on. Re-sorting from "new to old" or from "old to new" does not solve the problem, as the messages just re-organize again, but in yet another mixed up order. I cannot trust that I have read all the emails on a given day, because there could be messages from that day wedged in with messages from other days. Beyond frustrating.
