    The body content of saved emails disappears upon sending, even though the content displays at the time of sending. Please fix this deceptive fault with the new AOL mail.

    The new AOL Mail continues to delete/remove the content of emails that have been saved before mailing when the email is sent. This occurs despite the body of the email displaying at the time of sending. Please fix this deceptive process.

  5. How can multiple email addresses be copied from unsent emails?

    AOL Mail previously allowed the copying of multiple email addresses from prepared emails by simply highlighting the group and copying it. The new AOL Mail does not allow this. How can this be fixed?

    When i would compose a message and start typing an email address, it would search for existing addresses and I could select the one I want. This no longer happens.

  7. your phone system is not working properly. I call for a code and when I answer there's nothing but dead air. I tried 3 times.

    Asked for a phone call for 2-step verification. 3 times the call came through, but after answering there is nothing. No one on the phone, just dead air. Had to go with a text instead.

    The ad halfway into my email list was annoying...THEN you added one at the TOP too because money is your goal, right (not the approval of your users). And NOW you obliterate a third of the entire viewing window with a HUGE strip of ads on the side!! How the **** am I supposed to view my emails in the 3inch wide strip that's left on my iPad screen??     Instead of loosing business, get a new plan so one can actually send to more than 50 recipients in a day. Been with you 38 years...but going to gmail as don't have negative returned mail syndrome from them

    I've installed a blocker on my wifi. EVERY time I log in to AOL I get messages that suspicious threats have been blocked. Stop the bots. Clean up AOL.

    Once again, AOL is blocking emails from retailers with which I regularly do business, and also from conservative news sites to which I have subscriptions. I repeatedly mark these emails as not spam, but they keep going into my spam folder. The email addresses are in my contacts list. I see that lots of people are having the same problem. Do you actually read customer feedback? Do you care about customer satisfaction? Then, why hasn't this been fixed? AOL is becoming more of a problem than the subscription is worth.

    I have noticed Astrology stories every day on the news feed. Stop presenting Astrology as if it is factual. Astrology is a Medieval belief and has no basis in fact.

    Each Astrology story should include a disclaimer that the story is for entertainment purposes only.
