I pay for my AOL so why should I have to pay extra. Maybe I should go to free AOl pay the cost for ad free and AOL can lose $240 a year..
If you pay for one of the AOL monthly plans AD Free mail should be included.

Now Your New Look Locks Me Up On The News Page, I have My settings set to open my inbox when i open my email and Login To Go Strait To My Inbox and not the news page.

You need an "Undo".
Just spent 15 minutes and you tool asked if I wanted help formatting... some sort of AI tool? I said no and closed the window. It deleted my work!

stop putting Informed Delivery in SPAM, now I don't receive it at all after marking NOT SPAM
STOP marking Informed Delivery as SPAM. I marked it 'NOT SPAM' and a week after reporting to you and Postmaster, I still am not receiving any Informed Delivery in my emails. Second time you did this. This is your problem, not USPS!
