improve account verification
i travel for work and am in hotels often, lately every time i need to check my email i get a message to verify my account. it sends a code to my other aol account and that one wont let me in and sends a code to the main account i use. How stupid is that. why not use security questions instead of this stupid loop. Last night i couldnt read email, i had to wait until i got home and i assume because it a familar IP it lets me right in. but what if i travel for 4…

Put Delete icon on LEFT, PRINT from the email- without 3 more clicks!!!!!
MOSTLY LIKE THE NEW FORMAT. Couple things I HATE. I want to be able to move the Delete column to the left next to Flag.....I don't want to have to move my eyes AND my cursor all the way to the right to delete individual messages ( of "Select" then go to the top to delete).
PUT THE ******* PRINT BUTTON ON THE SCREEN AND LET ME PRINT THE EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM THE EMAIL! That problem was solved in emails systems YEARS ago!!

Go back to the old version, the new one is terrible. I have been with AOL for over 50 years and tis could drive me away.

delete button makes harm
While forwarding a message, I try to delete a selected piece of text. Therefore
I push the delete button.
Instead of deleting the piece of text, the whole mail disappears - even from the Trash-box.
This does not happen if I use the Backspace button.
This is an unexpected and harmful behaviour of the application.
This was not present in the old version of AOL GUI. -

I'm horrified that an AD of a poor weasel with its head caught in a trap is on my mail page among other other ADs for clothing. I never ever want to see this image again.Is this clicl bait of some sort? Because there is now way from my search history you would think I would want to buy cruel animal traps or see animals dead on my email.

Too Many Ads
I am sick and tired of all the ads, especially the ones that show up on the right side of the inbox. They are constantly changing which slows my computer down to a crawl (and it's a brand new computer!). When ever I click to delete, go back to inbox, etc I literally have to sit and wait 8-10 seconds for anything to happen. YES, PLEASE FIX SPAM AS REQUESTED BY MANY
As last number of people have written to aol about, I too unfortunately have had a lot of emails that I needed to see somehow unknowingly get routed to my spam folder. The old aol didn't automatically do that the way it frequently happens now even with people's emails who I've already been corresponding with. This is very upsetting and needs to be fixed ASAP. Why isn't this being addressed as this is a big problem.

Can't widen left folder panel
The old interface let me widen the left panel with folder names. I have long names. I realize if I hover I can see them, but it's easier to widen that panel and scroll.

Can we have some more mail themes
Can we have some more mail themes? more colors, themes for holidays. One thing I've enjoyed about AOL Mail over the years is the fun themes and changing them based on the season. The new AOL Mail doesn't have a lot to offer.

Stop sending me dating / view mature women ads
Either stop sending me these ads or stop asking me to hide it and provide feed back and then 3 seconds later showing me the ad again.

Allow bottom toolbar with "send" button to be at the top of the page as previously
Toolbar flexibility. I really hate having to go to the bottom of the page to find the Attach and Send buttons. I'd like to have the choice to put them of the top of the page as they were previously.
