  1. Frequent sign in failed errors

    I use the Samsung email app & K9 mail app on my phone. I have been getting frequent "sign in failed" notifications after having been signed in for a few days & I have to sign back in. This has never happened before in all the years I've used my phone.

  6. Stop forcing me to reset my password. If I change it, it will be the second time this year! This is an unacceptable!

    Just let me be. Don't overreact about security. Forcing me to change my password frequently creates unnecessary crisis. Makes me think twice about me continuing my relationship with aol.

  11. new emails not appearing on my iphone and in outlook on my pc

    you changed something and now I can't see new emails on my iphone, but get bulk and trash, and all the new emails to my outlook were disappearing as soon as I looked at them, and now I am not getting them on my pc. PLEASE change back whatever you did so I can see emails. even on aolmail, I am not seeing any new emails.

  13. 2 step verification

    2 step verification i never asked for keeps failing. But according to my account info, its not even turned on. Phone calls for the code come thru once or twice out of multiple attempts. An hour ago or so it took me 6-7 attempts and the phone never rang. Called AOL and it still didnt work after they gave me a new password. A couple minutes later it worked. I then created my own password and accessed my account info (without needing to sign into it), but a couple minutes later it wanted me to sign in to access it…

  14. bcc recipients

    I use BCC to send the same message to multiple recipients while sending the mail to myself as the primary recipient.

    Why can't I see the BCCs in the SENT email?

    This happens whether from laptop or phone.

  16. Stop blocking my account for sending 650 personal emails. I pay for AOL It needs to work w/o having to change my pswd because of emails.

    A few times of year I need to send 650 emails for personal use. It is not biz or bulk, but this time you blocked my acct and forced me to change my pswd even though I called in and verified this is me. The rep said she could not prevent it from happening again, so BE ON NOTICE that next time I will cancel my account and stop paying you a monthly fee. AOL gets worse and worse every year. It should get better, not worse.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about the issue. When sending a huge amounts of email, that can be detected as suspicious and hence block you for some time from sending more.

    My new mail has been coming to the recently deleated box then a week or so later older mail in deleted. I have looked everywhere for a solution.
